Time will be the biggest factor with this especially after a big op.
I’m always a little stronger on one side to the next even on areas with no injuries, but lots of work over time will bring things back how you need with strength, power and the look of it too

I used Chris Bumsteads tutorial to learn how to – then it’s about doing them each day and consistently over time to really nail them and be able to hold them

Hope you’ve all had a great Friday
Body weight has moved nice this week – down to 73 today. The visuals are a little leaner, obviously still lots of fat left to come off but a lot leaner, so we keep on pushing on.
Today session was strong! Was the Atlantis shoulder press day and it’s still moving really nicely so happy with that.
Looking forward to the weekend just a couple of clients left to compete this year before things are wrapped up ahead of next

Hope you’ve all had a great Thursday
A really productive session today, I’ve been struggling with my knees the last couple weeks, didn’t do anything to make them set off so not sure what caused it this time.
Anyway session was :
Adductor
Seated leg curl
Leg extension
Leg press
Hack Squat
BB RDL
Glute Drive
ClavesA real nice bit of load progress on leg press + with hack now sitting second pulled the weight down a tad but managed 12 reps with 2.5 plates a side so will probably increase that next session

I use the sustain and performance fuel from TBJP and see no issues with digestion even when there is higher quantities in a push phase.
I would like Jordan suggests start with a small amount before titrating up
With you struggle to eat your meals what sources of foods are you using

As long as it doesn’t continue to get worse you should be absolutely fine –
Could be this carrier oil in this labs doesn’t sit well for you, if it keeps doing it may be worth changing labs

If you’re goal is to build mass, you’re in a position to keep pushing for a little while longer before needing to pull back. As well as all the things Michaela had mentioned – another thing to watch for is your appetite, as long as that’s still in a great place I saw continue as you are before taking that reset.
As a rough guide if you were to push slowly up as you have been in the next 6-8 weeks you could add a nice tidy 5kg of BW before you start your re-set phase
If recovery takes a hit make sure you put a deload in to re fresh and push again

Hey All
Check in day today – body weight is down a tad today and the visuals are leaner, so no need to make any changes.
I’m 2kg down since the start of prep, so pretty good movement. I have 2 check ins per week at the moment Mondays + Fridays. So I’m sure if things don’t move between either of my check ins that foods will be dropped
Prep has started pretty well – long my it continue

Yes I’d always run a full panel prior to running a cycle and I would throughout too – keeping on top of health markers helps to keep and eye on things in case of any health supp or stack set up changes / additions that are needed.

Massive well done, this is incredible to see, in your case my go to would be
Glutamine creatine vitamin d3 k2 omega pharma pro & love heart.
When you fancy something sweet whey would be ideal, you can make a paste or drink a tasty shake.

Hey Guys
Rest day today – super busy with lots of different work bits at the moment.
We made some time to go to the cinema tonight because to keep your brains from frying it’s bloody needed. The Marvels is a cool film.
Just one change this week with prep plans – increase of clen from 40mcg to 80

Yes high estro can cause bad edema so it’s a possibility you may need to adjust your stack.
If your days away from getting blood results back like you say then get the bloodwork see if stack needs adjusting before making other adjustments

Hamstring day was a success
I always feel nervous going into this session – I need to stop it, because hinges are staying strong at the moment and I need to trust in it. I think because they were shit for so long and since then becoming better I have seen huge changes in my physique I don’t want them to get worse. I basically care a lot but need to stop being an idiot at the same time.
My body is looking forward to my massage tomorrow…well how it will feel the day after it anyway
