I agree with hilly here – keep at maintenance to aid recovery and help you retain muscle as well as possible!

Rest day here.
Was a good busy and productive day with work.
One of my clients competed at the Olympia amateur yesterday – was strange yesterday peaking someone on a Tuesday haha kept thinking it was a weekend!
Excited for legs tomorrow

I agree with Claire.
If you’re nursing your back rehab as well I can imagine you have some rehab work you have to do too.
That alongside 3 full body sessions per week will be more than enough.
You can see how you go with recovery as if you’re a strong lad you may struggle to recover from 3 x of these per week

A nice pull day today.
We tried and tested the new citadel strength pulldown – way better than the prime version as it’s a little less wide than the prime – which is obviously a bonus for me and any other short / small females
Food is not going down very well today haha, potentially the first day where I’ve felt like my foods going to come back up so preps just on time!

Hey All
Hope you’ve all had a great Monday – so we were looking at shows and the show I am planning to do first has been put a tad earlier than last year, so a little reshuffle with plans and prep will begin this Sunday.
Not that much changes for the most of us when prep starts other than the foods just get longer.
But I am SO ready for this

Timing doesn’t really matter all that much after you have your am dosing covered and pm. Main most important thing is total dosing and consistency.
Pre and post workout with higher doses is what would be best spread even across the day.

Hey Guys
A nice rest day today
A team call with my clients about the biggest mistakes I’ve done / seen in prep and off season
Then some programming for training for my clients who are coming out of contest prep, a lot of ladies making a change from bikini to figure – a transition I made too so I’m excited for them
And an afternoon seeing kubas family and mine x

I would go back with a day at reduced vol see how you feel and the get back to it, if it’s just a common cold you’ll be fine.
Some even just train through if they aren’t feeling too under the weather

Hey All
A busy Thursday – with client work and other work / life bits
Headed to the gym for a push session, which was good numbers held didn’t see any crazy progress but still all round a very very good session.
Gearing up for a busy client comp weekend

Always hydrate first
If you eat first your liver values will be elevated
If you train day before your Ck will be very high
Other than this 0 issues.
