Hey Guys
Solid push day today – I dropped my load a tad on the smith as my reps we’re definitely a bit fast and shit last time so took 5kg off and moved nicely, we will see how warm ups feel next session.
It’s been busy at home today as we’ve had our kitchen floors re done and some shutters in the living room – after being here for 5 years it looks a bit more like a home haha!

I agree with Hilly it’s a trial and effect situation – remove one thing and see the response and if not better you will have to try removing something else. I agree with Hilly that dairy and eggs would be my first ones to trial

Hey Guys
Rest day here today –
Not a super exciting day just a day of working and doing some house jobs.
Push day tomorrow! The new tbjp clothing arrived today so will be wearing that tomorrow!

Maintenance phases can serve a purpose if you have a longer off-season, I have seen more progress with a push then a diet and push up again. I would only run a maintenance if I was still very very lean and needed to own my weight if it felt uncomfortable

Hey! I’m like Louis to begin with I watched videos of past Olympias and that helped me to start to practise how to pose and move for myself – I think it’s nice to get a posing coach buys it’s also nice to have your one individual flair alongside of that

1st day of prep 🙂
Nothing really changes apart from a little extra steps and a little less foods.
I’ve never prepped at this time of year I’ve always started at the first part of a year so something a little different.
Rest day today – and excited for legs tomorrow

Sounds like hypo episode, generally when it happens naturally you don’t need to do anything. Your liver will dumb some glucose into your blood so balance your BG
If you want to prevent it shift some macros around and add small amount of fats with that meal to slow down digestion

Hey
Push Day was solid
First day back at full vol.
I don’t ever like to push numbers too hard on that first session back. So I hit the same weight and in all movements saw some nice progress with reps!
Super happy with the session!

Have you ever tried the sensitive veet?
The one blade Phillips does a great job gets a clean job like a wet shave

Hey Guys
Rest day today
Finally had a full massage after a long time with non, my body feels incredibly thankful!
Back in the gym with push tomorrow very excited to get to it, with my favourite push day of the 2 🙂
Enjoying watching the O and so good to see Rhea do so well! Michaela smashed it with her first call outs! Shame we can’t see the finals due to the time difference and needing some good sleep

have you ran any bloods to see what is going on – this is your best bet
I agree with Hilly here, rather than stabbing in the dark it’s better to get things checked so you know what to do moving forward

Great leg session today.
Last little lower volume session (just hit up 2) just did 4 less sets than usual.
No hacks because my knees didn’t feel the best today so just the leg press today and RDLs towards the end.Excited to get back to full volume on Saturday with push.
Excited for it
