For me it’s just a solid bump of caffine that really helps and some good music or the series to watch

Hope you’ve all had a good day
Rest day for me – just filled mostly with work.
Ready for a solid hamstring day tomorrow. I’ll be filming it tomorrow for the site so look forward to that

Is it hard behind the nipple ? If it’s hard it’ll need surgery. If puffy some drugs could potentially get rid of it
No it’s soft, feels like fat tissue[/quote]
What’s your current body comp like?Alongside all blood work Q it could potentially be that you need to lower body fat a little to help the issue

Nice to hear your diet has gone really well, amazing you’ve been able to reach a new condition marker.
If you’re not comp lean. I would go to maintenance and then slowly build from there after the body has come up in BW and settled a little.
I would go by your weekly look / weight change as to what you do with bumps from there as you can’t predict when or how much

Always rest for as long as you need to be able to get another productive set. This will vary depending on the exercise. Just make sure your heart rate and breathing rate have come back down before you go again.
I agree with Clare here. But also, if you’re asking about training style like Rich is asking we may need to give another answer

Leg day.
Was a super day! I’d bought some attachments for the smith so it turns into a safety bar … was hard haha but good hard! Started with 3 plates will build up from there got to get my brace right as it felt a little off on some reps
Rest of the session progressed nicely from the last session so i am really happy!
Still not 109% but feeling better than the other day so back to training as normal ✔️

Hey!
I’ve never had it myself.
Where are you based??
For myself I’ve had numbness issues just not where you’re explaining, the chiropractor for me was the best as they figured out what wasn’t firing did some manipulations to help and gave me some exercise to use as mobility to get things back working again

Rest day 2…feeling a little better but not 100% I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow if I feel like this as I know my body well.
Today was a usual day of work, and it was my nephews 2nd birthday so we spent an hour at my brothers this evening
My whole family live in the same village so all about 5 mins away walking it’s nice 👍🏽

Clare – all different variations of press
Incline db
Flat bench
Incline bench
Incline smith
And now high incline smith
Phoebe – I’m in Canada so specialist is very hard to come by especially with this issue
First time it happened it took me 6 months just to get an ultra sound to take a look at it and by that time, she said it was pretty much healed
Marc – same as what I’m saying to phoebe
There no real professional to see I kinda get fluffed off with injuries like that
I see my massage lady every other week who says all we can do is work on it
As well as most physio
@coachbax on Instagram could help a good deal, especially if getting any decent therapist to help is hard. He’s actually also a Canadian but currently resides in Thailand, see if he can be of help.
Thinking out loud (again I’m not a therapist but just thinking) have you tried neutral grip pressing?
