Hey guys, hope you are well
Leg day today, and I’m really looking forward to it
The session will be
Lying hamstring curl
Squat
Leg extension
Leg press
Kickback
CalvesLooking forward to get in, see where we can take this smith in these next few months and really make the most of all the progress
How I’m recovered post op, we will do 5/6 weeks of building and a nice aggressive diet. To tidy up and then get back to growing mice to have a plan now the recovery is done after

Hey guys
Hope you’re good
First upper day – proper upper day set in a set up for over a year
It’s felt great
I’m happy with where my upper has downsized to and I don’t want to loose my shape totally just needed it to come down
As I’m still post surgery no pressing for now but season was
Single y raise
Lat pull down
Lat row
Front raise
Behind single arm lateral
Rear flyAll at 2 sets cool that most lifts strength is where I left off I can imagine pressing would be way down if I was to do it – as that’s definitely a skill! It’ll be nice to add that in when my boobs allow

I do agree with Peter, it’s not something to just be left, I would get to see Dr, hopefully we can get to the bottom of the problem and that it’s nothing serious but never just leave something like this always better to get it checked out

Hey everyone
Hope you’re all having a good Tuesday
Today is a glutes session for me
Really looking forward to getting into the gym I’m feeling much better since my surgery and like I can do everything so I’m really looking forward to having a solid session today and making the most of feeling great
Now that we have recovered from surgery, kuba is going to set my timeline , I don’t compete now but I like to have a vision plan and goals set, so once we have all of that in motion, I will let you know exactly what the plan is as we step forward

If you want something different, or you want variety within your day if you coach yourself, you can look to obviously adjust it, if you want some changes, you get coached by someone ask them if they are able to change or if they are happy for you to swap yourself
There is no need to change , in a prep you will definitely loose some of the foods when you start tapering down the calories

Hey guys, hope you are well
Rest day hereAnd a usual Monday,
Check-ins
Walk
Meal prep
Massage
Meeting with KubaWe’ve started watching dodgeball , because we don’t have lots of time in front of the telly to switch off before we go to bed, it probably takes us about four days to get through a film , but I’ve not stopped belly laughing since we started watching
Can’t wait to train glutes tomorrow

If it’s something new gently, that’s why you found that
How about taking it a little bit earlier? Rather than just pre-bed if that’s when you are taking it.Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

I do agree with Jordan, while we don’t want to chase weight, after a diet you do you want to see it start climbing, as it definitely doesn’t serve any purpose when it comes to growing to stay the same way as when you finish your diet, I would bump the calories … and then maybe looking to adjust expenditure ever so slightly down if possible to see a nice shift across this week
One of the most important things , is Perfomance in the gym improving?

Clare has nailed it here – I would say it should be a part of everyone’s supplement stack, no matter what even if they don’t train – we don’t get enough away from supplementation alone, to gain the benefits of what it brings, the trained by JP one is fantastic

Hey guys, hope you are well
I couldn’t get on yesterday, so I thought I would get a update on both days today
Yesterday was a rest day, spent most of the day at home, doing the usual
Check ins
Walk
Meal prep
Work
And then I had a couple of calls in the afternoon, which were great, one all around gut health it’s always nice to be able to learn from those who are more knowledgeableToday, was a lower body day. One of my lovely clients from the Czech Republic came for a in-person session. Nice to run over some things and also breakdown this year as we head into the competitive season with the goal of becoming a pro.
And then I had one of my clients join me for my session she is a long while away from getting on stage again, but she has the goal of becoming a figure, pro, she has all of the tools and it’s nice to be able to share my experience in my knowledgeHave a great evening, guys

Definitely not something that needs to be over thought , just get up and get moving, only time that it turned into something like cardio is if you start really ramping up the incline and the speed on the treadmill – steady away is fine

Hey guys, hope you are well
Today has been a little bit of a crazy one I won’t lie, had to do a extra rest day due to, some things that needed to get sorted – sometimes that happens as annoying as it is
The morning was as usual
Check-ins
Walk
Meal prep
WorkFingers crossed, things can get a little bit settled across today so that the week can just run as normal from tomorrow x
