    Rest Day for me today.

Just a usual rest day – with working, dog walking.

Had a bit of a funny tummy again today – wish this batch of being a little odd health wise would just stop!

Tomorrow we are training over in Manchester, will be nice. Had to re arrange to go to London on Thursday due to my dodgy tummy

I like both methods above – I think when you’ve done intense sports prior you aren’t scared of that “uncomfortable” territory which those last few reps will feel.

So I also like to challenge my clients in other ways of “uncomfortable” like RP sets, intervals during cardio. To feel what that burn, taxing push should feel like.

I think all these methods combined would build that

    Push Day here for me

A little bit of an earlier session on my own as I had my tattoo finished today.

Sessions was extremely strong! I’m really happy with progression. I don’t see a time off cycle to get weaker. I approach sets a little more sensibly in terms of jumps during this time but very happy with how things are moving

So my only thought here is surely you’ll get sick of this being your only source – would mean all of your meals are sweet.

I know I’d personally get a little fed up having the same thin every day!

So for a little more enjoyment as well as what Hilly had said above I’d have some variety

    Hey Guys

Hope you’re all well…leg day for me today!

A super great session! Lots of progressions.

I’ve been having troubles getting this split squat right and today just felt like it clicked – super focus on my hammies and glutes. Hoping this push helps bring them up how it’s needed

Perhaps showing your wife and her mum the ingredients of the JP pre workout products.

You don’t need them to be a great bodybuilder…I know it’s makes you feel great but can definitely get a lot from a coffee also!

I personally would make the switch – either that or a conversation with the owner of the current gym to see what there ideas are for bringing in new equipment –

    Pull Day here.

Some good progressions again which is fab –

We’ve decided we’re going to do some sessions over in Manchester so going to modify 3 of our sessions in our 9 day split so we can go over there

Will be awesome to see Oscar a little more

As Oscar days as you get stronger it does get a little harder to recover from the heavy poundage especially something as taxing on the CNS as a hinge.

And each person is different. If you feel your body isn’t fully recovered from the previous session I’d drop the 2nd hinge and swap for another movement based on your needs analysis that needs to come up – hams, glutes (just like Oscar had said above with the ham curl example) just to make sure you’re still working on the area you need to bring up.

    Check in Day

Currently sat at 70.2 kg. I feel pretty great! Body composition is holding well and seems to be improving at the moment.

Today is 14 days away from cycle. Currently still running my TRT, GH, telmarsartan, metaformin, t4 as usual but primo was been out for 14 days and will stay out for 10 weeks minimum.

We are happy with the fullness especially from the back that I’m seeing. The Hams and Pull split day seems to be bringing great merit to my physique – excited to see how this progresses some more.

I feel if body composition is holding well and you see a long stall in body weight and that appetite is still good then is a great time for progression.

If performance is holding great that’s wonderful but if I see the above happen that’s when I progress

Yes I’ve had a few clients who have had this even on a lower dose! Not everything will work and feel good for everyone. Could lower the dose to see for you.

    Happy Friday

Hope you’ve all had a wonderful Friday

Pull day – some big progressions

But as I’m building strength nicely on the RDL I want to go in a tad fresher as when I’m getting close to the bottom of the rep the fatigue in my lower back / pump is causing me to loose my control. So going to amend the session order to aid this.

Maybe in the future as I get stronger in the posterior I may not have to do this but for now I really do
