Like Jamie says if it is intense where you get your HR up then yes but if it’s a leisurely stroll then no it’s just classed as going over your daily steps

    Hey Everyone

    Hoping you are all good

Today has been a good day – a hungry day haha but a good day!

I competed all client work, had my lashes done by my best friend, food prepped and dog walked

I then trained pull – session was solid and all exercises increased or stayed the same so I’m really happy and pumps were great!

Just an update on supps –
    10mg anavar
    40mcg clen
    Yohimbine

    Xx

With the way things are going would you say it’s likely you’ll not use any other fat burner than yohimbine ? Xx

    Hey All

Hope you’ve had a great day!

Today was a busy client check in day for me, I also food shopped, food prepped, saw my grandma and then I went to train push – all numbers were met or remained the same so happy about that 3 weeks out.

Added a pic below of some pics post workout – was happy with my physique today!

    Hey Randy!

    Look great in the picture.

Recovery is everything – even more so when you get older – how often do you train, do you rest plenty during the weak, do you give yourself time to recover during sessions.

As we age progress does reduce as your bodies natural testosterone production slowers.

    Hey all.

A lovely rest day today – I spent with fiends, helped gymnastics teaching to my old dance school, helped a client through a session at the gym and completed all client check ins!

Looking forward to training tomorrow 🙂

I agree with Clare here if it’s only a few days a month I would miss those days for weighing and just hit once per week with weigh in for offseason.

    Busy day!

I completed all work – then headed to the gym to Train for the site with Kam and Jade – then hit some posing and then home to food prep for tomorrow

Prep is going well – feeling a little hungrier now but it’s all part of the process xxx

Looking at your check in you will very much be ready

As a competitor you’ll never feel ready towards the end of prep because as you say “prep brain” but this is where your up most trust must come in your coach and just enjoy the ride 🙂

Always need to go for something that works good for you and your digestion if these meals are causing you to feel this way don’t have it / have you tried some veggies and smoked salmon? If you do wan to stick with Proteins and fats

    Hey All

So today was a pull day – stuff legs were on the cards after getting 130 for 9 last time i wanted to push for more weight so I added 5kg and managed 5 solid reps so I’m happy now to progress with numbers on this weight – the rest of the session was good and strong and had a great pump post 2 days refeed.

I also completed all client work, food shopping, food prepping and dog walking ????
