    Hey everyone

Hope you’ve had an ace Monday

Today was a typical Monday for me – client work, dog walking, food shopping, food prepping. I also had a massage with my good friend Babet 🙂

We were low and flat today so a refeed if 600g carbs across the day plus and burger this evening to try fill me back out before we push back down again 🙂

As the guys say here I think it’ll benefit you anyway. Having cardio as away from your weight session is a great idea to aid recovery

    Sunday Leg Day

So today I filmed for my YouTube. We captured day to day life, client work, how are transitioned from normal job to corporate job and my leg session

Today’s numbers were up and I felt real good when training – pumps weren’t massive today but I am super flat right now so got to keep on working ??

I agree with Clare here If it’s prep it’s a suck it up situation but if offseason do you need the fasted cardio? Could you just increase daily steps?
In terms of such sore doms your struggling to do cardio what are you actually doing to recover? Hot baths, stretching post workout, enough fluid intake, food nutrition in and around training? I’d look at these points also.

    Hey All

    Happy Saturday

So today was a rest from the gym I had a heavy client check in day but managed to finish them all off by 1, had a client consultation, house cleaned, food prepped, food shopped, dog walked – seem to my grandparents and now chilling for the evening watching the British Finals on the live stream – team mate Jimmy had a class win and narrowly missed on the overall.

4 weeks out now and ready to get on stage ??

Hey Meg , one question do you mesure meat raw or cooked.

Hey – always raw as it is much more consistent on macro values if you cook it raw 🙂

Hey – so I have literally just made the jump from corporate finance to online coaching

The best advice is build up your client or money base to a good level so work the two until you literally cannot work in both any more this will allow you to leave feeling confident and comfortable:)

    Happy Tuesday all 🙂

So today was rest day – so I dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, completed all client work, saw my mum & grandma, went for a coffee with friends and then chilled with Kuba 🙂
