Happy Monday!
Today was a heavy check in day with my clients & had 2 new consultations.
Plus I food prepped for our fresh meals all day.I trained push too – my session was good I got a PB on the Atlantis press of 85kg was tad too quick today so need to slow this down next time! I’m VERY flat today and pumps have really reduced over the last few days so having extra food tonight ore bed to help improve sleep as quality has dipped over the last week. Plus refeed day tomorrow and Wednesday.
Still running same cycle of 10mg yohimbine, 10mg var & added in 20mcg if clen but we’ve pulled that as I was dropping too quick 🙂Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

I would always have it around 60-90 mins pre workout 🙂

Well today was eventful!
Haha
So my Instagram got hacked & I had to get it all sorted – anyway long story short I’m back on!
Completed all client check ins and video analysis of there training, a new start plan has been sent out, I dog walked, house cleaned and food prepped – ready for a solid week ahead of prep.
We’ve also got Joe staying with us tonight which is cool!

I love our massage gun – it helps with blood flow to the area better as a warm up pre massage than for the full massage but definitely a good little tool 🙂

Yes agree with the guys where that’s cool sometimes I use unsweetened almond milk in my off season but like Ryan’s says in contest prep would probably need to be pulled 🙂

Mabey a little to personal question, but asking for my gf. She’s a huge fan of yours?
Does the anavar affect ur menstrual cycle, if so what’s ur thoughts on that?Hey Johan.
It’s never affected mine – only prep affects my cycle once low in body fat I tend to loose if but I have always gained it back quickly post show ?
Thanks!
So today was pull day!
I completed all client check ins, other client work and had a consultation with a new starter. Food prepped, dog walked
And then headed to the gym to train pull – log book was smashed so buzzing.
This evening more client work and cooking ??

Hey Hana,
I agree with Ryan here. It will be a slow process to get her back to full force training after a surgery like that not just the wound but also the hormone imbalance that happens in a ladies body after this too x

I am so with Oscar with this – I use my isolation work to really warm up my joints and muscles before taking that real heavy load on the compounds due to elbow and knee tendonitis

Rest day today !
Which consisted of taking a couple of online clients through a training session at the gym – completing all work, 2 x dog walks, food shopping, food prepping. I met my friend for a coffee and went to see my family. Which I love – my family mean EVERYTHING to me

Hey Gregg.
I agree with Oscar here for sure. Having one rest in between those sessions will allow body to recovery and help you to grow and progress a lot more than smashing 5 days.
