    Hey.

I wouldn’t go all out the first few weeks and then I would just start to progress from there and I’m sure you’ll get back to where you were before and the rest will have done you will body will be responsive now so just take it easy

So today was a Sunday which means a lesser work day but still some clients check in and still all the training vids that come through for me to watch also. Absolutely loving my coaching and all the people I’m helping too.

Today was pull day – was a strong session managed to add onto all lifts either weight or reps and also added in a new movement the BB row you can see the vid and why we’ve added it in on my insta. My session is also attached

Today was also check in after 2 refeed days I only was up my 1kg so we added in an extra 25g carbs to each meal here too. I’ve added a pic for you to see where I am right now with my prep 🙂

Tomorrow will be rest day and a lower food day.

Yes fast acting carbs are best but if you digest oats well then I wouldn’t worry too much about it!

To be honest im with Hilly here

    Hey All

So after yesterday’s refeed of 250g extra carbs and a burger I still lost weight ? so we did the same today – let’s see how we are tomorrow morning hoping for a bit of a weight increase haha.

Today was also a push day and managed to up numbers on the Atlantis press. Very happy about this.

I also competed client check ins and training help via the vids they all send.

Hope you’ve all had a great day!

Yes I completely agree with Ryan too. I’d stay clear if in a cut but every now and again in the offseaon won’t hurt

    Hey!

So as Oscar says yes it can limit progress with the pain.

    I’d see a physio

But things that help my tendonitis- join in, curecoming, tiger balm and wearing elbow sleeves

I agree with Clare here. When you are thinking about snacking you need to think about your goals.

Until you stop thinking about food in this way I would put food up so that your mindset improves and then you can think to reduce cals again x

    Hi Everyone

So today was a typical Tuesday:
    Dog walking
    Food shopping
    Food prepping
    Worked
Cometed client check ins and training analysis
    New starter consultations
And then trained the last session of my deload – which was pull.

I trained at normanton for a change of scenery and I loved it ❤️

How are you running your deload on prep ? X

    Hey Jeannie.
So rather than full rest – we have taken all steps away – just doing 1 set per exercise working between an 8-12 rep range. We will see weight rise a touch but will enable us to stay fresh and keep full ?[/quote]
    Ah that’s what I did on my prep ! . It’s very mentally challenging though isn’t it ! X
