How about eating some more carbs before you go to bed so that you can have something simple like a shake with whey and buy butter before work so that you don’t struggle.

I used to struggle before work but as I got my body into a proper routine with up early and sleep earlier my body just learnt to be hungry earlier on in the mornings

    Hi Guys

    Another day another session

Today was pull day and we’ve added in a new exercise – the dead stop stiff leg deads inspo from @corinne ???????? just obviously a lot less weight haha. But we started with 110kg for 2 sets with 12 and 13 reps in each the next rotation we are going to use the rep ranges of 6-9 for first set and 10-12 for the last set so roll on improvements 🙂

Hope you’ve all had a wonderful Sunday and ready to smash another week

    Hey!

So I went out in 2015 I wasn’t training so much back then for bodybuilding but still enjoyed going to the gym.

I stayed in Chang Mai for quite some time and obviously Thai boxing etc is massive over there. Where there is a Thai boxing gym there is a gym attached to it and honestly they were some of the nicest gyms I’d been to with great equipment.

The islands also have great facilities I went to one on Koh Toa and Krabi ????????

    Hey All!

    So today was push.

I had a real good session! Strength is on the rise at the moment with push with this point in prep for this to be improving is SO positive.

    So hoping it pays off.

Then we had an evening out for a friends birthday which was lovely!

Hope you’ve all had a great Saturday xx

What does your training split for the week look like? i.e. how many rest days and training days and the order. Please and thank you

    Hey Peter.
    So current split is:

    Push
    Pull
    Rest
    Legs
    Rest
    Repeat

    🙂

Hilly has hit the nail on the head with this one.

Ensure all types of food are eaten so she doesn’t create a “this type of food is bad” as this will lead to major problems later down the line!

Don’t do a set diet just create positive relationships with all foods, look to enjoy exercise

I used this for my elbow tendinitis and it didn’t do anything opt for sports massage, resting, cure coming, join in & add in some heat rub pre training and pre bed – I use the Kwan Loong or Tiger Balm

I agree with Clare here I would go see a good sports massage therapist and also a chiropractor just to check everything is working how it should be

    Happy Tuesday 🙂

I keep having to check my log to see what day it actually is because they all seem o
    Merge into one!

So another extension on the gyms getting re open which isn’t the news we all wanted to hear. We’re in an extremely lucky position to have access to a gym but not everyone is the same so I really hope they crack on with this mid July opening!

Today was pull – worked up to 130kg on banded rack pulls today – solid solid set as well as trying a new set up with the pendulum it was harder but so so good x

I’d opt for a greens supp if you struggle so much 🙂
