    Hey guys, hope you’re okay

Today was a content filming day

I had a few different topics in mind that I could have some nice videos

Make sure that somewhere in some different locations to be a little bit more relevant to the topic , just to make sure that it doesn’t get boring, for the watcher

Tomorrow, I have another little bit of content to do as well as other work, so I’m looking forward to doing that

And everybody will be getting ready for their big chickens for Monday, so I can’t wait for that

Look forward to keeping on rinsing and repeating – I’m back with the surgeon on Monday so let’s doublecheck that everything’s all good and hopefully I can get back into the gym

My first point would be – great food is going in and weight is climbing and appetite is there.

If you are scarily lean as explained for now food to actually gain some weight is good and these food choices aren’t bad at all

Once some body fat is gained and appetite is restored you can for sure look to add in even more micronutrient dense foods

But sounds tbe coach has you building an appetite and some weight which the short term goal right now this is what is wanted

I’m sure the coach js very much of the opinion to re gain that and then look deeper into other foods – they aren’t bad foods that have been chosen

    Hey guys

    Hope you’re good

Day 5 no gym, sad times

I feel pretty sore today, haha, self inflicted, but sore. I would say I could get back and do some lower body from Monday if I feel good to go, will be a steady return and once pain and swelling is all settled will be full steam ahead

Spent the days making sure all things for the empower is good to go, as the guys start with there plans from Monday – this is the 12 week program we do at MK, I don’t like fad diets so as much as it helps change we also offer guidance on how to keep it up, change life or what to do once the challenge is done I throughly enjoyed doing the programs last year and this year will be too!

Then some other client / admin work all done this morning with all the new year check ins done post Christmas for this week – lots of eager to get a new year started and long may the motivation push forward

Clare has really mailed everything on the head here

The supplements mentioned above , are great to utilise, and if you do struggle with your skin, I would aim to keep them in regularly anyway, it will mean that likely you’ll be able to keep the flareups a little lower

I do sometimes find that sunshine can actually help as well, if you are living in the UK, maybe a weekly sunbed could be on the cards

And I found with a lot of my clients who do struggle with their skin our client mentioned with peptides , GHK has been a huge helping hand with my clients who do you struggle with their skin?

    Hey all

    Happy new year

Hope you’re all had a great start to 2026

Today is another rest day , I am feeling a lot better today, which I’m super grateful for

I’m sure a few more days worth of getting some good sleep , getting moving around at home, and I’ll be back in the gym in no time

Obviously, set up will be slightly different, especially with not being able to load a lot of Plates on, it’ll be nice to be able to get back in there when I I’m able to

Hopefully you all had a nice evening celebrating if you did or a nice evening of sleeping ready for an early start today like we did here

    I’m with Louis,

They are going to be a lot of ups and downs when it comes to Training

That’s part of it , the push and pull of weight and reps

If you’re getting that much anxiety, it’s making you feel a little bit rubbish going into a session, for now, let’s just swap out that movement for something different, get into it with some heavy lifting on a different machine / set up

And you’ll be able to get back to that lift in time – it’s not worth not enjoying your training for one lift

    Hey, hope you’re well

I personally do, lower upper lower rest repeat

And saw huge benefits with my lower body progression , if you do the programming smart so that recovery can stay great, I think it’s a great split to be able to run with

If you want to send over your full training set up, we can always have a look over for you ?

    Hey everyone, hope you’re good

Rest day today for me and I obviously shared yesterday as to why

A little bit sore today, but I’m sure they’re over the next few days things will start to feel better

The worst things about getting up to sleep is that anaesthetic, as you wake up from it so bloated LOL

Digest pharma at the ready as well as all the peptides from proforma !!

Hope you’ve all had a good day and get ready for your New Year’s celebration

    So sorry to hear it

    I second Kuba’s question

And to give context if you do, then she should also

If the goal isnt to compete for sure there needs to be an understanding and balance to keep both sides happy but goals are attractive and being able to support them is very cool indeed

    Hey guys

    Hope you’re good !

Rest day again for me on my week longs deload

So I’m actually having a surgery , well 2 things going on this week get it all done in one so I can get back to the grind

Had an issue with one of my boobs from my breast surgery in 2019 and since I’m not getting on stage it’s an ideal time to get it fixed. And I also had a foot surgery in 2018 when I had a car accident and there is some metal work in my foot that needs to get gone , so today and tomorrow will be zombie mode on operating tables lol

GHK BPC all at the ready, I’ll see it as a deload and be back after 5 days … maybe 7 depending how sore I am

Anyway have a great day all, off the theatre right now

    I’m
With the guys – I personally always feel the day post legs my recovery is a lot more worse off than upper days which is why most of us will do lower last before a rest is done, there is always the ability to trial it for yourself though to see what you prefer

    Hey all

    Hope you’re good

Rest day and heading to the gym for a training education day

One of my clients wanted to progress her skill with upper body training and had asked if I’d support and always happy to share

Always a nice way for me too with me not training upper body so much any more to refresh and get in to do some upper work!

Look forward to doing a little more of that, I do like face to face contact , even though online is way more efficient and helps with it being cross county / work contact but it’s always nice to be able to have that in person approach

When it comes to getting older, we for sure have to make sure that life is optimise to keep recovery good
    Quality supplements
Quality recovery, including making sure sleep is at the far front of your mind
Macro breakdown and definitely looking even closer into micro nutrients people often dismiss the need for fruit fruits and vegetable vegetables to support their hormones whether they are getting older or when they are not but definitely a huge importance on this if you aren’t already giving it a lot of thought
Trading wise your body will tell you if you’ve been training for a long time if it does need to change ideally something that you can recover from progress with and if you are seeing no issues with that the minute don’t change it

Keep on top of everything with your blood work as well it’ll show you any deficiencies and anything in terms of support whether that be podiatry or health supplementation that will support as well

    Keep on getting after it
