So today I worked from home (obviously ????), food prepped, dog walked, went to wave to grandparents and parents from there windows haha and then went to train legs – session was good and strong!
Battle looking at myself being a little smaller but it’s part of the process with prep I guess!

Hope you’ve had a good day!
Today I worked, went to see my grandparents, saw my mum, dog walked, food shopped, food prepped and then trained pull session was good and strong. Numbers are back up to what they were pre deload.

My weight have finally shifted ????????????????????????
Down to 9.13 stone, so happy that it has finally started to progress. Definitely think that my body responds better to morning cardio like the stairs or stepper when trying to drop body fat!!
Kuba was please with me today and we’re holding everything here atm and checking in every 3 days now.
@megansylvester was amazing today and did a virtual posing session for me as I was flapping, it made such a difference and I can’t thank her enough.
Other than that it’s been a rest day today, been for a small bike ride to get out in the sun and then went for a cheeky walk tonight to finish getting my steps in!

Today has been a chilled Sunday – I dog walked, food prepped, walked again to get my steps up and then trained push was a great session.
Kuba made some amendments to my food plan so I will put my update below ???? glad for some reduction in food my tummy is very thankful haha x

I’d just add in more activity – you wouldn’t want to drop cals any lower. I think you look great in the pic. This year I’d build up food gradually keeping body comp good so that next time you cut for the wedding you can keep cals a little higher

Hey All!
So today was check in day – I’m sitting up at 60.9 this week so a small increment on last week. Happy with pics think my body looks fresh I have been off anavar for 7 weeks now another 2 to go then we’ll add it back in ????
Training was good today – hit legs and felt real strong!

So today was rest day for me. I dog walked, worked, food shopped, food prepped, cooked a Sunday dinner for Kubas this seems to be the new rest day instead of Sushi hahaha! Obviously all cooked from scratch ????????
