Hey All!
So today was check in day – I’m sitting up at 60.9 this week so a small increment on last week. Happy with pics think my body looks fresh I have been off anavar for 7 weeks now another 2 to go then we’ll add it back in ????
Training was good today – hit legs and felt real strong!

So today was rest day for me. I dog walked, worked, food shopped, food prepped, cooked a Sunday dinner for Kubas this seems to be the new rest day instead of Sushi hahaha! Obviously all cooked from scratch ????????

I think if you are going to coach yourself you need someone who you trust to be completely honest with you – as a second set of eyes especially when dieting is very important IMO

Hope you’ve had a great Saturday. I’ve had a chilled one today which was needed after work this week my brain is fried!
I dog walked – after check in I’ve got to hit 10K steps now but I go far beyond this most days so need to be careful now. I hit 15k today.

I’ve had this before when my neck and traps were really tight – saw a therapist to get this sorted.
If you live with someone get them to massage it for you whilst in isolation

So today was check in – I look a little flat. But just got to keep on doing what I can at this time
I trained pull at my friends home gym and worked today. As well as dog walking, food prepping and doing a little bit of house work
