Hey All
Hope you’re all well – last day of my deload was a stressful one as I had to get all the food and a chest freezer when there’s non of either ANYWHERE ???? anyway all sorted finally at 10pm
I also worked and had a massage t????♂️ day too x

Agree with the others that if it’s causing lots of pain that you should swap it out for another exercise.
Or add some straps to the bar and hold onto them rather than the bar as it may be a mobility issue. I know some of the taller guys on here do this @jimmytonk1 @giantjohal

So today we got quarantined to work at home – so worked 8-4:30
I also food shopped, food prepped, dog walked ????????
Another day no training tomorrow then back to it on Thursday

hey meg quick question about your knee tendinitis, what other then supplements helped? was there a point when you had to train around or through the pain? also does stretching help? mines gone from clicking constantly to pain while walking

I’ve found using the join in and cure coming has really helped but I’ve had times when I’ve had to train around it using different exercises.
Sounds like you need to see someone about it

Hey firstly – good job on the massive weight drop you must feel amazing!
Like the other small increases of cardio will help kick start the weight loss again. Once you get to desired look and weight start to increase food again and decreasing cals so that you can be at a good body comp with a good amount of calories

Today was the first day of my deload and I am still feeling a little under the weather so hopefully this rest will do me some good.

I agree with Oscar here pulling from the floor and rows – excecuted well are a winner winner.
Look at doing some activation work pre session too to help with engaging the muscle you should be during the session too.

Dog walked, food shopped, food prepped and got all my things ready for tomorrow
Training wasn’t great today I’m dead so running a 3 day complete rest deload it’s neeeded!

I think if you are still dropping fat whilst keeping it the same then I wouldn’t do any more.
If it’s not broken don’t fix it ????
Once you start to stall that’s when you can look at increasing output with cardio or reducing calories gradually. But obviously it depends on your goals too

Happy Saturday!
Today we travelled to Durham to train at the new ultra flex which is another amazing facility that has been built. A great day being around other lovely body builders – I travelled with @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen and @ajmorris and then trained with @kamara-graham and client Anya
Was nice to switch up training and try some new machines! Back to chill tonight and for pull back at Rotherham tomorrow ❤️????????

Check in this morning – was 61.5kg so happy with weight increase. I’m a little softer but happy with this look!
