Hi All
Early start today as we’ve gone to London for the pro muscle camp. I met with my friend Rhea and trained push. Session was good felt strong on the different equipment!

So I dog walked, worked (just admin today, trained pull – was a strong session again! Got all our stuff ready for London and then went out with my friend for some food tonight
Check in went ok – still at 61kg

Today has been rest day from the gym for me I’ve worked, done all my admin, food prepped, sorted some things for Kuba, house cleaned, dog walked, seen the fam. A lovely day!

Hey All!
Hope you’ve all had a good day – I’ve had another standard work day client meetings, admin work, food shopped, food prepped, trained legs was a good strong session beating numbers and reps on all exercises. Then did some more client and normal work this evening

Have you tried wearing knee sleeves?
Hi meg yeah I wear em, and half a bottle of Kwan oil on aswell ????[/quote]
Oh gosh they are my life savers with my knee! I’ve found doing low weight single leg work to build up my quad again because even if you don’t think you have with this type of injury there will be a slight imbalance and some muscle
wastage – if you build that leg up with single leg work you may find it’s less niggly next time you try to go fully ham ????[/quote]

So if I’m not happy we realise the things I’m not happy with Kuba sometimes tells me to stop being stupid or we alter plan to improve what we aren’t happy with. I try not to stress as that will only make things worse!

Hey All
Busy day – I worked up in North Yorkshire till 3, then did Costco run, sushi run, food shop, home to dig walk, food prep and saw my best friend who’s been on her cruise since July!!
