    Happy Sunday All!

Today I dog walked, food prepped, saw my Nan, chilled before training.

And then I trained legs with Laura, Jade, and Kam. Was a strooooong session and it’s attached

I think unless the lumps have developed you should be okay to run it

    Hey All

Rest day today so woke slightly later which was really nice. Then I dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, helped a lady with some posing, then went for food with the family and Kuba

Like Claire said you need to be in a deficit to loose weight – so meaning less input or more output

    Hey All,

So today I dog walked worked till 4, food shopped, food prepped – same things as normal week day and then I trained push.

Session was great and is attached – I’ve got a little niggle in my elbow due to a knot in my tricep.

I agree with joe have a chat around with people at your gym and see who you click with well and if you like the way they train

I don’t think you need to take the month off just change up your training as to where you do what do you are in a good position come your test

    Hey All

I was super poorly after I trained yesterday, had my McDonald’s and went straight to bed- being sick and shaky not too sure why but Kuba was a good nurse and I woke up feeling better just a little run down. So I’ve been up a little today.

Yesterday’s session was really good and got loads of PBs so was a big shock to get home and be so poorly! My session is attached

Today was a rest day and I worked, had a massage and had a posing class with my bikini sponsor which is all getting really good now!

I struggled with my upper development and since moving to the push pull legs split I’ve seen it grow massively as opposed to before with a bro split. Just means I can recover properly, smashed sessions properly and then grow properly

    Hi All –

Back to normal routine which felt good! I dog walked, worked, food shopped, did the Costco run, food prepped, saw a friend, went to see my parents as they looked after the doggos over the weekend.

Now I’m home chilling before a busy work and training day tomorrow! ????????

Ignoring it will only prolong the issue and possibly make it worse. I’d go see someone to get it treated regularly

    Hey guys – happy Sunday

Today we were still in London
For the last day of the boys pro muscle tour. Was a fun day and saw and caught up with some lovely people including my best friend @rheagayle who is looking phenomenal ahead of the Arnolds.

Back home tonight and ready for another week ❤️

Hey – so this is very person and goal dependant.
