So another deload day.
I dog walked, worked, did some admin, food shopped, food prepped, went to the spa with my friend Kamara, are my burger and chilled out tonight.

Hi All,
So today was rest day – first of 4 whilst body recovers. I dog walked, did posing practise, tried on bikinis for this season with my bikini lady, had a massage and then went food shopping, food prepped for tomorrow and went to the spa on my own to chill out after a busy week. Think I’m going to go tomorrow night too as I loved it.
Tonight it’s burgers and bed ❤️ hope you’ve all had a great weekend

Hey All!
Busy Saturday- started off dog walking, food prepping, went for a coffee with my friend and then back home to get ready for legs.
I trained with Oscar and Kuba was a good strong session just need a couple extra rest days as I’m super tired right now.

Check in day – so I had a little drop this week not sure why – hit all meals – not doing anything more in terms of expenditure so not too sure – either way I’m really happy with pics today!

I think if your therapist is good they’ll know your trouble areas by assign you without saying – if they manage to make sure you feel better at the end then job well done

Hey All!
Busy day – I dog walked, worked, did lots of admin work as I’ve been invited to a really important meeting tomorrow! Still actually feeling under the weather it’s been like 5 weeks now it’s starting to annoy me felt not so bad till I started deadlifting – session was good and strong though

I agree with Rich – go with the PPL or upper lower and just do the 4 sessions you’ll see some great changes. Make sure activity is high too away from the gym and make sure diet is on point also!
