    Happy Saturday All

Today I dog walked, food prepped, shaved Kuba and chilled out before training

Today I trained legs – got some real good PBs which I’m really happy about. I feel super flat at the min in my body obviously as we’ve started prep so it’s expected but still getting good pumps whilst training which is really positive.

Ready for rest day tomorrow ????????❤️

I agree with Haider – the look of someone who eats meat and fish is very different to those who do not.

    Hello everyone

Hope you’ve had a happy Friday – today was rest day for me. I dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, worked and spoke to my friends all over FaceTime.

It was check in today down a kilo this week 59.8 ???? Kuba is happy with pics no changes to diet we’ve made some adjustments to training as I’m struggling to connect with my RDL so going to do more volume on this for now. I’ve added pics for you to see. Still no PEDs in will utilise these a little further down the line

    Hey! Firstly looking great John.

It’s just a case of needing to bring BF down a little more. We all have stubborn areas of fat that’s the places we have to push that little bit further for

Yes I’d do some lat activation work with low weight lat pull downs and rows. Just to make sure I was warm before getting going. Then as Clare says I would add in some assisted/banded pull ups before the working sets

    Hey Adam,

Yes so I’d jump up to maintenance I wouldn’t cut right now as you will inevitably loose muscle. Being at maintenance will help keep hold of the muscle more. Maybe have a look on line to see if there is anything you can grab so you can have some extra bits to work with at home!

    Happy Monday All

Hope you had a lovely Easter!

Today I dog walked with my dad, food prepped and trained legs – session was really strong and managed 120 for 10 on squats which I’m really happy about. My knee is giving me a bit of grief which isn’t great but it’ll be fine with a little bit of cupping etc at home!

Hey. I have this also. I stay clear of exercises which really aggravate I use tiger balm pre training plus knee supports whilst training, ensure I stay on top of recovery so get massages obviously you partner does this at the min whilst in lock down, hot baths, stretching and also use the join in and cure coming from JP nutrition to help reduce inflammation and protect my joints

    Evening all!

So today was a rest day I dog walked, saw my family and Kubas family, food prepped and chillllled ???????? ready for another good week.

This week we made no changes to diet or cardio so still same food plan as above and 14k steps daily.

Anavar will be added around 16 weeks out as we are still growing, staying strong and dropping weight so need to add in just yet

    ❤️????

Post workout I used faster acting carbs and protein source and stay clear of fats due to the reasons the guys have said above.

I would also look at your pre workout – as you want to make the most of your sessions I’d recommend having carbs in your last meal before bed and in your morning meal before you train to make sure you are properly fuelled for it.
