    Hi all!

Hope you’ve had a lovely Boxing Day – it was density day today so I’ve dog walked, food prepped, food shopped. Went to Kubas family party, trained (session was good and is attached) and then went to my family party. Home to chill now

Off to London tomorrow to see @rheagayle ❤️

    Happy Christmas to all ❤️

Had a typical Christmas Day – dog walked, helped Kuba open the gym (think I make a decent receptionist haha!), had dinner at my mums with my grandparents and now chilling at home after getting all things sorted for training day tomorrow

My appetite isn’t great right now for extra food as plan is so high so not really eaten any more the last couple of days it’s just been amazing to spend some quality time with my family and Kubas family ❤️

I agree with Rich give it another go maybe don’t just give up after the first attempt I go for a chest supported machine row if your gym has one as it’s much more comfortable on my female chest

I have really bad tendonitis in my left knee – I find using a foam roller at the top helps put me in a position that makes my knee less vulnerable.

I find a smith squat is much nicer on my knee

So day number 2 of deload –

Just did the usual dog walking, food prep, food shopping and house cleaning . I also had a massage something I need to make a regular thing of as will help with recovery!

Then tonight I did some shopping and then went out for an hour to the gym party – back home for bed like an old
    Lady though

I don’t think recovery is optimal if you are training twice a day. Rest is probably just as important as your weights sessions

I agree with Clare that it’s not smart to get rid of whole foods from diet.

As Kevin said it all depends on your goals on holiday is it necessary to go all out for the full time your away or can you limit this to one meal per day
