Hey All
Another day no gym – today was a work day and then I did some food shopping, food prepping and dog walking
Hope you’ve all had a good Monday ❤️

Myself and my clients will eat at maintenance – rest day foods will make us loose too much and training days would make us put too much on

Hey All!
Hope you are all keeping well.
Today I went to see my mum for Mother’s Day. It’s also her birthday tomorrow so gave her the gifts for them today and will pop to see her again tomorrow.
I then went walking with the dogs and kuba, spent the rest of the day checking on clients, chilling, cleaning, food prepping and now chilling ❤️

I will continue as normal with my split and rotations after the ban is lifted. But I won’t go all guns blazing as that’s when injuries will happen will build up and listen to my body
But now is not a time to be lazy get as active as possible and stick to eating and will find it easy to bounce back once you can get back in the gym

I have sorted all clients and spent the day with Kuba which was actually really nice ❤️

It’s all about sticking to your diet, keep activity high. If you are lucky enough to have a home gym then great.

Hey,
Agree with the others that if it’s causing lots of pain that you should swap it out for another exercise.
Or add some straps to the bar and hold onto them rather than the bar as it may be a mobility issue. I know some of the taller guys on here do this @jimmytonk1 @giantjohal

hey meg quick question about your knee tendinitis, what other then supplements helped? was there a point when you had to train around or through the pain? also does stretching help? mines gone from clicking constantly to pain while walking
Hey Sam
I’ve found using the join in and cure coming has really helped but I’ve had times when I’ve had to train around it using different exercises.
Sounds like you need to see someone about it

Hey firstly – good job on the massive weight drop you must feel amazing!
Like the other small increases of cardio will help kick start the weight loss again. Once you get to desired look and weight start to increase food again and decreasing cals so that you can be at a good body comp with a good amount of calories
