Density Day (favourite day hehe)
Today we’ve got Jay (magic eye) with us as Kuba is filming for YouTube! Spent the day dog walking, food prepping, chilling, client check ins & went to see my grandparents.
Then to the gym for legs pull – still got a niggly back so didn’t load too much on deads but was a sick session with some good friends! Tonight I have some posing clients, food prepping and then massaging Kuba!

Rest day today
I dog walked, food prepped, food shopped, saw a friends and my nan and then got ready to go the the theatre with Kuba we watched the bodyguard which was really good!
Now we’re just waiting on someone to help with my busy tyre OOOPPPSSS!

Hi all,
Happy Monday – I’m still off work this week so nice to enjoy being at home and just concentrating on training.
Today I food shopped, food prepped, dog walked, trained legs (session is attached – was a good session and first one my back didn’t feel so bad on so back up to heavy weights), then I’ve seen my family, food prepped for tomorrow and now to chill watching some TV❤️

Lovely weekend in Cheltenham today we had breakfast with Jamie, Katie and Oscar and then headed over to Joes with Jimmy for pre workout and then headed to MJs (great gym!!) for back abc got to witness one of J and Corinne’s sessions always nice to be around people who inspire you! Session is attached!

Started the day with dog walking, food prepping for today & tomorrow as we are off to Cheltenham for the JP Christmas party tonight ????????

Busy day!
Dog walking with my dad, food prepping, had some friends come from Bristol to stay, trained Density was a good session didn’t do dead’s today due to niggly back but session is attached
Tonight I food prepped and then went out for steak. Check in this AM still 60.4kg so increased evening meal
