Like the boys say the closer I get into a deficit the less I use things like forced reps.

But I still train as hard and heavy and look to PB in the gym when I’m a deficit.

    Hey All.

So today has been one hectic day – I dog walked, worked 9-4, food shopped, went home to let the dogs out again and then went to the gym to train push – session was good it’s attached

Tonight I food prepped for tonight and tomorrow for myself, Kuba and Jay (Magic Eye)

I’m actually filming with Jay tomorrow for my own You Tube – keep your eyes peeled ????

Like Oscar says you need to look and incorporate all the variables.
Extra food around lagging body parts
How intensely are you training when you train
    What is recovery like?

    Evening All,

Check in day today – weight has gone up to 62.3kg this week so that’s positive, off anavar also now – I think I’m the only person in the world that enjoys a break from it not sure as to why it doesn’t effect me in a bad way just nice to not be on ???? pics are attached

Then I trained legs tonight – strong session matched my weights from last week and reps – knees feeling good the last few days too so that is positive ????

Like Jimmy said above these are all indicators of needing a deload if things are firing well there is no need but if your struggling with these things the a deload would be really beneficial

I agree with Jamie here! But just go with what your urine is saying! All depends on what you do with your days and how hot it is etc

@joe-ballinger-2 I hope it goes well for you – think it’s really easy to switch off pain when we train, but need to feel 100% all the time! P.s. the needle is not fun they inject with ????

Yeah I feel ya and I would say I’m used to needles but I know this one is a big fucker. Thought of it going into my spine makes me feel actually a bit sick ????
