Check in day – after a shit week with food due to lack of appetite I have gone back down to 56.1kg – need to use this time to really push up again now!

Work is really piling up at the moment but I’m happy to be busy and not bored ????
Appetite seems to be a little better and really took some time for myself the last few days which I’ve needed. I’m just excited to be back in the gym tomorrow ????

Another busy day today at work, I got all meetings and admin sorted but so much paper work to do at the moment with all the new clients we are on boarding good successful month of work!
Appetite seems to be making a re appearance today which is good news! Looking to get back training this week

Hi All,
So we’ve decided to have a little deload week as appetite is so rubbish, trainings been good but almost seems a waste to me if I’m not fuelling. Will keep you updated as week goes on.
Works been great had an important meeting to get a new client on board which seems successful at the minute so fingers crossed
