I dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, saw a friend, saw the fam, cleaned the house from top to bottom and now just chilling with my feet up watching a film waiting on Kuba getting home ????

Yeah I’m the same after a really intense leg or pull session. If you lay there and rest your body is still recovering you’ll eventually drop to sleep. I find putting my phone out of reach a little earlier than usual on these days helps get body ready to sleep
Thanks! Try to have a sleep hygiene kind of routine! Ahah not perfect there! …even with my phone in a “not reachable place” when I don’t sleep…go to check it out just BC I don’t know what I should do…
Btw you are amazing! Saw your posing on IG you look sooo great!

Check in Day & Push Day
Happy with check in still at 60.4 so .1 up from last week. Sessions have all been good and strong, all meals have gone in a little easier than last week so that’s a positive. Looking at a show the first weekend in August which will be in Tampa
Session was strong today I added an extra 10kg to my incline chest for good numbers (session is attached)
Tonight I’m going to my works Christmas party I’m excited for the food hahaha!Hi Megan,
I just wanted to say I love following a long with your log. I’m currently transitioning from bikini to figure too and it’s so nice and refreshing and relieving to see you do it so well! Anyways, I hope you’re having a lovely holiday season and wishing you the best for your 2020 season ????
Hey Kate,
Thank you very much, really enjoying the process. How are you finding it? When are you thinking of competing? X
I’m loving it to be honest. I never thought I’d be so happy with being in an improvement season for so long (November ’18 to current). I’m loving being and feeling strong and making progress with my lifts/logbook.
I’m hoping to compete may/June time. I saw from your previous posts that you are thinking of August time? I’m so excited to follow along ????
I think with transition time is needed to make the improvements…we’ve been going for a similar amount of time.
That’s cool any shows in mind? And yes around August just waiting on the European calendar being released ????
Oh I agree 100%. I’m in no rush, so to speak, to get to where I want to be. Just enjoying the whole process while I can ☺️
Oh my god same, I’m checking every day for it to be released ???? perhaps Denmark in May and then Spain in June? Perhaps later dates if needs be but that’s what I’m aiming for at the moment ???? x
That will be amazing!! Hopefully see you at a show ????????????Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Hey Meg! Hope you are well. Love following your journey, you look awesome!???? I saw that you are running a cycle of anavar in off season. Just wondered, have you ever used primo in off season? Thanks, Becs xxxx
Hey Becky, I’m great thank you I hope you are too?
I’ve actually only ever used anavar…we used some clen also in prep but never anything more. I know of a few other figure competitors that use primo but for me I’ll just stick to cycling anavar as I’m still responding to the low dose really well. Are you thinking of using primo? Evening All
What a horrible grey day. Anyway I dog walked, food prepped, helped Kuba with some stuff and then trained back – my session is attached felt strong and back felt a little easier today which is a positive going to stay away from heavy pulls for this week!
Tonight I’m going shopping with my mum and nan and then chilling and food prepping when I get home to Kuba ❤️

Don’t change anything in your last couple of weeks naturally you’ll feel a little weaker and not to risk injury you’ll want to keep intensity lower but not much changes IMO
