Delts are also an area i need to bring up just like Clare and I have a similar set up on my push day where I start with the lot raises and then go into a press. I feel it helps my shoulders be ready to smash my press a little more
Are they are burning? I feel them like crazy… then cable raise I m Not sure about form! ( Don’t feel natural )
Btw I tried with the ankles staff and I did not like how I was performing. So…
I really feel better with free weights, need to try the machine. Do you use the machine for delts?
Thanks!
New gym new machine! Candy shop ????

Hi All,
So today was Density day.
I spent the morning/early afternoon dog walking, food prepping, food shopping, cleaning my car and seeing some family before heading to the gym
Density was good I forgot to take a pic of my log book but we got 140 on deadlifts up to 5 reps I shouldn’t have pushed for that last one as back is giving me a bit of grief for it but we learn. Tomorrow is rest day and I am really ready for it might even try have a lie in ahah!

Drinking too much, eating too soon prior to training and you also need to be making sure your heart rate is coming right back down before starting another set. I’ve had friends who’ve suffered with this before due to the extra intensity when we train together. You need to build yourself up to that as you can’t keep on pushing at the same and getting sick each time as it’s really going to limit your progress

Not everyone has the same weak points just apply the same as to all good heavy training and rest.
I have them at the end of my leg days only I do a set of 8-10, 12-15 and 25+ sometimes I implement some single leg calf raises if I start to see an imbalance

Check in Day & Push Day
Happy with check in still at 60.4 so .1 up from last week. Sessions have all been good and strong, all meals have gone in a little easier than last week so that’s a positive. Looking at a show the first weekend in August which will be in Tampa
Session was strong today I added an extra 10kg to my incline chest for good numbers (session is attached)
Tonight I’m going to my works Christmas party I’m excited for the food hahaha!

Hey! So when I used to train fasted due to work I used to have extra carbs in my pre bed meal and then just have a shake when I woke up which felt adequate enough for me

I don’t see a problem with the amount of whey as long as it’s a good quality iso. I have whey 2x per day and then the rest are solid foods

I think this is very person dependant, you shouldn’t really change how often your training as it’s important to keep moving when pregnant. Just obviously need to take it day by day as to how she’s feeling in terms of intensity. Keeping active throughout is a really important in my opinion

I completely agree with Joe I feel like the BB you can load up the bar more, but I do like the feel of a DB RDL. Try adding in some resistance bands around your hope when doing the DB. RDL these are a real burner

Great day…so I did much of the same dog walking, working, food prepping etc.
Then I trained back and delts as I said before my delts need so much work. But I push numbers higher than ever today was a super successful session. Rest day tomorrow & got lots to sort as it’s last full day at work.
Tonight I’m going diving with my friends let’s see how this goes hahahahaha!
