Hey guys, hope you’re well
Today was a rest day for me
Which was the usual waking walking working?
Meal prepping
Headed to the gym to help Kuba in any session as obviously you can’t load a lot with his current issue with his biceps
And then I’ve had some afternoon calls this afternoon I just realised I said afternoon twice ha ha
I’m in with Josh Maley tomorrow for a session and podcast it’s an honour to be asked as a female to join into things like this excited to share my thoughts and journey

We all taper up steady, gaining too quick as Jordan says will just see you get out of shape quick which isn’t productive

I’d honestly say if you’re not new to training you’re likely last doing a full body split
If you need just 3 days per week split it upper lower full body
Or if cab do 4 days per week do an upper lower
PPL is great if you have freedom of a rolling split
But tbe above will be good for needing set days

Hey guys
All clients check ins and ready to rock for the weekend here in Germany and rest of the world
My Aus client did so well placing in the top 5 from a girl who didn’t look like she trains a year ago to that is amazing she has so much potential, it’s crazy can’t wait for her
Busy morning / time for some more work and then to enjoy the show wrrrkend with Kuba

It honestly depends on your recovery, we take elite rugby players and they are in the gym most days as well as training but for sure when in season likely aren’t in for hypertrophy style training as it’ll be too much to recover from and take away from match performance.
If you’re wanting to keep a balance of progressive overload and your rugby goals could trail 2 sessions 1 upper 1 lower or 2 full bodies and see how you recover

Hey guys
2 days out for the team in Germany
Looked over my 2 clients Loz and Kerry today both looking fantastic ahead of this weekend
A great leg session too which was
Kick backs
Squats
Single leg press
Hip thrusts
Seated ham
Leg extAll 2 sets 7-12 reps – a bit of a make do session as the gyms leg equipment wasn’t the best but great session regardless
And I have quite a few clients across the globe competing so not much sleep this weekend as I have some in Aus so last session of the week done ☑️ today

Hey Pitor
Hope you’re well, first I’d go with a small bump in the salt go with the added 1 gram, essentially the more you drink the more sodium you’ll need to first start with a sodium bump first before we go with anything else
