Hey, HBA1c readings can be affected by stress & even the time your bloods were taken.
Keep monitoring your fasted BG, get regular blood work
Stay leaner as you grow tapering up very slowly, keep some cardio in, but not 45 minutes daily, or you will run yourself into the ground
Insulin sensitivity isn’t just about being lean, if your body is overly fatigued you will notice sensitivity get worse.
Key is staying in a small surplus over time , staying active and not getting too fat
Metformin, insure ( gda ) will help, don’t obsess over the readings and keep an eye on them
If you’re getting ridiculous amounts or servers hypos that’s when it’s time to start really consulting with a doc.

I used to like doing this but now I love bread too much to not have it with my eggs 😂. Preference is what it’s all about bud. Try and see how you feel.

If you’ve been in for a while and you’re sloppy can look to re set
For she wits normal to see a plateau in weight but the metrics Kuba said above need to be considered also as it’s just about keep on chasing the weight every single week

Progression isn’t always just about weight – could be a few reasons for no shift – often for most in a mini cut if pushed down hard they drop fatigue initially and can see a drop off in weight due to it – take another small bump yes see how it takes you in 6-7 days time and push again from there if needed – if sleep , performance is all improving progress with mass building will soon come

No it doesn’t matter at all you’re fuelling for your sessions, you’re having to navigate order / timings due to work, like Sar said as long as they all digest well too they are perfect sources to use

Hip thrust x 2
RDL x 1
Split Squat x 2
Leg press x 2
Kick backs x 2This session I end on glute kicks which is a nice way to end and get the rest out my glutes I can, the other glutes session ends with it which sets me up nice before my RDLs/Deadlifts to feel “ready” to get to work in them

I’ve found a big shift in my health / recovery markers since using all the supp line – as Jordan says quality if what you need especially from an absorption perspective and there bio availablity in your body essentially you get something cheap it won’t do anything
