I’m with Jordan at this point you’ll be pretty low body fat so trying to chase pbs will be silly.
So for the load a little to hit your range and that’ll be a great place for you to be for now whilst you’re getting leaner and leaner xxx

If someone’s gone through a big body transformation for sure lots are left with a lot less muscle than they thought they had, same for lots of people who do comp preps also.
Now you’ve gotten yourself lean you can focus on a steady build, I gather you’d rather stay in decent shape after changing your physique and improving your body comp so much so a steady surplus will help stay leaner but grow. For sure this will take time to grow, a serious offseasons how the majority of us on here built our physiques.
Consistency wins, serious offseasons and diets is how we all built, if your goal isn’t to pack on as much size as possible a steady approach to building can be done by nailing the basics of heavy training and eating well

There’s for sure lots of clients who do want it and will commit but also many who don’t, I like to be honest with the expectations of progress if they don’t totally commit to set realistic targets for them

I agree with Peter that it’s quite a lot of sets if you’re experienced but if you’re not and not really found the intensity maybe your recovery is okay?
If you struggle with intensity jump on a bike and pedal as hard as you can as long as you can that last part that feel uncomfortable you can use how that feels going into a set knowing you can push through that uncomfortable feel

I’ve always gone for a neutral grip press as I personally don’t have the mobility to do a pronated grip shoulder press with good load, so try both and see how you go. Using neutral
Grip I’ve had zero issue building mass into my shoudlers – I find isos great for being very specific for biasing each part of the delt rather than compoundsMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO
