Do you enjoy full body ? Are you newer to training ? Sounds like your looking for a bit more specificity and a PPL or UL or if needing set days can do a PPL UL hybrid

With yes 2 lowers than one can be ham dominant and other quad

If you can only afford one, then get JOIN-IN. However, the full joint stack of JOIN-IN, CURE-COMING and OSTEO PRO will offer you more extensive benefits for bone and connective tissue health, as well as systemic inflammation control.

Thank you 🙂
I agree with Clare. I’ve had such a positive experience with adding them all in as a stack let us know how you get on

I don’t use no carb pre for any clients if lifestyle if they are training super duper early or those with long work days who train early they’ll still have a larger meal the night before and then some small easy to get in carbs as they wake to into there session ready

The standing and lying as 2 different variations in your sessions is enough, you don’t need a seated leg curl. An SLDL will be a great hammy based compound for you as well

Session was :

Hip Theusts x 2
Hyper ext x 2
Reverse Lunge x 2
Deadlifts x 3 ( technique based…I was getting a bit frustrated with my pulls pre de load , today showed me to stop being temperamental when a re set is needed ) they moved good my key points to help the lift MOVE for me seem pretty engrained so excited for this block to see some serious strength added

Yeah cheers Louis that makes sense. See alot of people getting there 4-6L in with it all having some sort of colour or flavour 😂. But I guess if digestion holds fine no issue

I’m with Clare over use can actually lead to some issues long term, I’d use the one serving recommendation per day and leave it at that. People who over flavour their water likely don’t deal well with hunger or haven’t got hungry enough in life to appreciate what a nice cold bottle of water feels like haha

I probably wouldn’t advise 6x a week I doubt you’d recover from 3 leg sessions a week either just 1 rest day that’s pretty intense. What’s your current split and goals?

its full body eod and i just wanna get as strong as possible
If you’ve been training a while and you’ve got the capacity to train any day, you could do a U/L/OFF repeat if you are wanting to give upper Lower a go, that’ll sit around 5 days a week which will be good for progression and recovery

Hey guys

2nd rest day,

A busy morning with work like most Mondays, there always busier as others don’t work a weekend haha so they get back to you on a Monday. I like busy days you always feel accomplished once you get into bed!

Kuba gave me some higher foods, to make sure weight doesn’t drop too much haha we dropped a kilo in one day from a lil less movement, anyway, less fatigue and will be good to get back to the grind Wednesday

I think as bodybuilders especially ones who’ve been doing it a while we don’t really know what our hunger signals are any more, so likely can just eat anytime. If you’re starting out and struggling to get it in get can use more calorie dense foods honey, dried fruits, fruit juices to help get cals in, I often make some “cold” meals yoghurts, wraps, pittas for my clients who struggle like you too. Or just eat your actual meal cold. For me I make it on the pan the night before put it in the fridge it’s cold when I take it to work meaning it’s easier to eatb
