I agree with kuba I’d go for a little longer before pushing up

    If you’re mentally feeling good

If your physically feeling a little beat

Take a deload and higher food 3-4 days and then push on for the rest of the 6 weeks

    Hey guys

First day in Dubai – the weather is glorious

And enjoyed a day of working and spending some time in the sun in between

The after travel is always busy with bulk prepping the food but all is possible just have to make a time for it all and be ok with being on the go all the time with little downtime even in a warm climate lol

Yes I have pre made food every day it’s not issue

If you ever wanted to heat it up you can pop it in the microwave the only thing I find gets a bit funny

When you cook it , cool it in the fridge and the re heat it is prawns

    Hey guys

Rest day today and travel day for mine and kubas trips

Stressful start to the day when the taxi didn’t turn up lol ( but not lol )

Kuba drove and my best friend came to the rescue to take our car and leave it as his house near the airport

Fingers crossed rest of the trip isn’t bumpy lol.

Things may not always go according to plan. But if you can be organised enough or able to problem solve you’ll work through anything

I’m with rich and I’d then have a second rotation where you then have an upper back row, upper back pulldown and a lat row. That way you have a good amount of volume throughout your split to hit everything well

    I agree with Joe

Full body is all cool if your new to training, I find we can quickly outgrow it

I’m with Holly if it’s dead low then come to maintenance aim to hold maintenance on holiday by enjoying it but being smart with portion control and staying active so you don’t come back un doing all your hard work

I’d start with your form and see what break down your getting

I’d look to implement volume across all areas of your lower body in your sessions to help strengthen any weaker areas

I’d avoid doing any lifts for now rust are painful until weaker areas are built up and form is correct

Then you can look at re implement the exercises that caused pain slowly over time, if they are needed. You may find progress builds well without them, I don’t do all lower body lifts due to my knees that most would work around then and still have great sessions and make great Lower body physique progress

    Hey guys

    Rest day fro me

    Had a great deadlift session

    Worked up to
    180 x 3
    160 x 5 x 2
    160 with straps x 8

Into turn my usual glutes session, I want a goal with taking this year from stage so I’m making some small strength targets / goals for myself to hit which won’t take away from the goal of glute development

I will as always state this process in here, for now my goal is to see my bloods come back tip too before we diet, so 3 weeks till we see that, and hopefully take a shift to get a little bit of body fat on. We haven’t pushed hard with food just sat at maintenance for sometime now with BW around 68/69. I physically feet fantastic it’s just taken some time after a long year of being very lean plus removing my TRT to get my testosterone mostly back into normal range
