I suspect there’s around 9-10 exercises per session then?
You could look to do a few things…
Look to do 7-8 movements per session, whatever you “miss” in one session start with in your next and aim across the week to do the same amount of sets per each body part – so it’s split evenly across the week rather than focusing on session session…I hope that makes senseOr even look into how long are your rest times, especially isolations, can we just work a bit quicker.
I could like do a full body session in 1hour / 1hour15mins if i worked quicker. Might that impact recovery set to set for the first while , sure, but we don’t all have hours to spend in the gym, so have to find a way to work

I think most important we need to focus on the binging and why it’s happening, hunger is hard to deal with but definitely part of the parcel as a bodybuilder! Is it still happening now or under control?

Coffee with a friendI like to be able to still see the people I care about even though I’m busy, so I just make it as part of my calander for the month, an hour away from my phone always gives back to my brain too

How long are we talking? As a few weeks don’t expect mind numbing progress, we talk about 4,5,6 months then we’re starting to see big shifts

The idea for me was never to over use
Clen was used for the majority of my preps
GH as a base, if affordability is there
Thyroid used based off of bloodwork
Then cycles wise it was always primo or anavar for me,
I’m sure women’s bodybuilders use a higher dose stack than I do, I actually coach 2 WPD girls and she uses such small doses as her work ethic and adherence is phenomenal

Hey guys
Today was GLUTES haha as always
Kuba actually changed some lifts as we got a little shit with progress its been 6 months so a change is welcomed
Hip thrust moved to booty builder it sounds pathetic lol it was so hard, I definitely had to leave my ego at the door looool
And RDL banded moved to BB instead of DBs
Great day

Hey guys
Rest day here.
A working morning, we have quite a few clients heading up for the comps that are about to begin both here and in the US so it’s busy mornings but productive too
Massage day post legs too and it was needed I have a niggle in my right quad and it’s been there since last July just doesn’t seem to shift, I like training too much and it doesn’t hurt when I train so I just crack on
Walk
Food prepAnd get ready for glutes tomorrow
