I agree with Jordan, if they have it at there gym they’ll rotate it in, they won’t if they don’t like it / don’t have access to it

    Hey guys

    Rest day 2 of 3

A busy morning with clients competing today, backing for next weekend, massage and then heading to see a client at the gym

We have a nice MK meeting this afternoon with the lady who coaches as part of our team and with our advertising/marketing support

A little more of a chilled day tomorrow which is the last deload day, before heading back to the gun

No I’ve never held my pressing strength, as I’ve gotten more muscular the amount of strength I’ve been able to hold onto has only gotten better, but it’s normal to see it regress

    Hey guys

Rest day of 3 in a row here.

I used to hate deloads, I’m not saying I like taking time out the gym now, but i definitely feel it’s a little needed ( training lower so often is hard, cry me a river lol ) and it gives me time to catch up on some more computer work and even life jobs

Busy weekend in our household this weekend with meetings + lots of clients competing, I go to the nethers for 4 of our team next weekend, so I will use some of my time to pack for this. The busy part of the season starts now

I agree with the guys – a little bit of a rest up – get the body feeling good and ready to smash on or you’ll just keep on feeling rubbish! We all hate being out the gym, needs must on occasion

    Hey guys

A leg day and filming for the TBJP site, I haven’t filmed a video for the site in a long while so it’ll be nice to update and head into a meaty lower body session

Much the same as last rotation with this session we are heading to derby. See what we can do the arsenal press this time around

Feeling pretty battered haha I won’t lie, I’m ready for a few run of rest days over this weekend, it’ll be well welcomed

I don’t track my blood pressure or anything, I didn’t think it was necessary since I’m natural.

We don’t do the things we do cause we’re assisted. Tracking things just lets you know health is good, performance is hugely dependant on health so tracking is always beneficial.

Anyway, maybe you’re just sick, lots of flus going around at the moment, with that simple resting till you’re better will be good if you can’t train without feeling awful

I’m with Clare food choices look good, if they digest well epic. Don’t need to get too intense with the timings like Clare said just a simple meal pre, intra workout whilst you train and eat your post meal 20-30 mins after and you’re good to go

    Hey Guys

Today is lower body day 1 of 2 for this 3 day cycle. Likely after these 3 sessions we will run a deload, why? I’ve noticed – aggitated sleep, appetite being a touch lower, general bit of brain fog. Don’t get me wrong we still get up and get shit done, but I want my performance and progression to boom, not be demised by my want / need to be in the gym. Plus it’ll just be 3/4 rest days and totally back to it.

Check in was good, Kuba is happy with progress, he doesn’t want me to diet for another 6 weeks. Get bloods checked make sure all hormone levels are back up after prep…it’s took a while to get my testosterone back up 🙂

I think Rich has hit the nail on the head here

I don’t do many past failure sets, but understand some do it for enjoyment, I don’t feel there is a necessity to them.

The only time I utilise them is on my leg extensions – often I can’t go heavy due to my knees. Sometimes my knees can only take very light load, so we will do some occlusion or rest pause sets so weight can stay low but still get a lot of work out of the set,

Adjust the rep range like Jordan says or do a different lift, if you’re looking for a glute mead isolation I like a glute mead kick back
