Hi Joe
I would set up with multiple session variations and limit lower back loading so not all sessions have a high stress lower back movement
This way you can manage the frequency of a deadlift or hinge whilst still programming them.
What do your sessions currently look like?
I’m with Rich in this like 4 different session with one of them with a hinge

Today was a rest day for me, I keep waking up around 2:30/3am, and unfortunately with what I go through each month with pmdd, I wake up sweating, with nightmares and then as soon as I wake, I feel my heart pounding and anxiety hits (for no real reason, I can’t ever pin point the anxiety), I then have to just get up!! … so my work load is very reduced on a Saturday, which meant I could get 2 naps today!! (thank goodness)
Anyway, rehab done, food shop done, seen 2 friends, tidied the house, all in all a good day given the sleep this week ive managed to just keep going doing all things with intent, so im proud of that, because this really drags me down each month and the things I love get real hard to do, this is where discipline really has to be a must – im so grateful for Meg in this instance, as she really understands me now and just helps.. likewise with Marc <3

I find for most 3 bigger meals so they aren’t needing to wake often in the night works well
Some people can crack on as usual others need a little less intensity with training and expenditure

I agree with Adam, I do find some nice partials at the end of the set nice
Drive with aggression but control on the way up
And control slow on the way down for me

Hey! I’m with Jordan, sometimes we have to “grin and bear” is the saying in the uk. Which essentially means, cracking on until we can find another path.
I’d keep the job, work every hour you can away form bodybuilding things, to build up funds to
Move out.
If you enjoy coaching start educating and really going through and showing the process first yourself and then you can start offering it out
It’s not an over night thing it takes years of hard work and consistency to get to a place you want to be in life

It doesn’t really dry you out, gives you a bit of a “feel good” effect which relaxes you and probably helps you drop off some cortisol, just don’t over do it lol, your body will already be very sensitive 😉

Hey Guys
Happy Monday, late night arriving home last night, so been a busy day of getting all unpacked, clothes washed, meal prepped etc.
Had a nightmare spilled my water in my bag and my work phone totally died, so had to go and sort that this morning too.
Anyway exciting to get back into the gym tomorrow

I find in a diet I pee more too –
Especially when quite lean and being lean will make you just feel a little more insomnia – y
For me I eat closer to bed time when I’m deeper into a diet helps me sleep better
The wake ups I try to just stop my Kian bit of drinking 2 hours pre bed
