Love my new training schedule with 2 pull sessions a week. First is really heavy and basic progressive overload. Second session is without huge cns loading movements. Mostly machines with higher volume and working on my mind muscle connection.

I totally love prepare. By far the best pre workout I’ve ever had without any crash afterwards. Brilliant focus and but and most important: it doesn’t interfere with my appetite and recovery

Maybe I would train push, pull, off, legs, off, push, pull, off, repeat!

Or push, pull, off, legs, off, upper, off, repeat!

For me arms always responded better to lighter weights and higher reps/better contractions! Try to cover up all different rep ranges for maximum stimulation!

Make sure when you weigh all variables are the same! I wouldn’t weigh every day! E.g. I would always way myself after I get up in the morning! So I would weigh straight when you get up when you have a day shift!

Or you need to put the weight into relation! Always note the daytime too when you step on the scale so you can compare it to the last weigh in at that given time!

Yes i would stick ti that set and rep sheme.

I would invest some time in learning those skills because it will help you a lot in other exercises too. And if it doesn’t work for her skip to something else. But i would at least try to learn it

Yes full body workouts abd focus on compound movements!

I would structure one session around the deadlift and the second session around the squat.

You are still pretty new to training and need to grow into this kind of intesity. Get a crazy insane training partner who knows your body and mind and how to push you to your limits and beyond
