Yes first of all I would try to get as strong as possible with the compounds and build a decent amount of muscle and strenght. Pre exhausting is great later on to safe your joints and creat new stimulation

Taking somewhat between 5 and 7 days completely off the gym works best for me mate

Yes i like that too. I like to use bands instead of adding extra weight.

Push with kevin today. 5 session this week and 3rd in a row which was definitely a touch to much. Was a little bit down in strength in almost every movement and not good mind muscle connection. Definitely back off with the frequency next week.

Sometimes it takes a little to get back into the groove after a deload! Don’t start again with your peak weights. Start a little lighter and try to start again with improved technique and work back up from there!

Initiate the movement with your shoulder blades not with your arms. At a pulldown movement drive yozr shoulder blades down first like putting them in your back pocket. At a row pull your shoulder blades back first.

I think it depends a lot on the individual. I think if you want maximum development I would rotate them and to them all in some phases of my training shedule. Conventional, rdl’s, snatch grip, rack pulls, hex bar. All of them have their benefits.

For sure that’s fine but first i would check if you need it at all when you have a more physical active job

BOR is a bread and butter exercise for me. When it hurts your back i wouldn’t do it or switch do a different variation. Like kuba said the most important thing is to have a neutral spine position all the time.
