Solid push session today. Always feel very beat up after a heavy pull session but it was still very good.
Incline dumbell press 55×11, 42×14
Barbell military press 2 sets
Cable extensions 2 sets
Dumbell extensions 3 sets
Handcuff side laterals 2 sets
Cable upright rows 2 sets
Peck deck 1 set -
For me personally 2 rotations is perfect. Because i think you can keep progressing longer. With just one cycle i thing progress is stalling after just a few weeks. But when it works for you mate stick with it.

Yes like kuba said. Push is always the first that goes down when a diet gets really hard. Do your best and carry on the last 4 weeks

Reat day today which wasn’t really a rest day. We went hiking to the castle aggstein. And it really beat me up. 3km up to 20% up the mountain to the castle and back down again

Rest today! My legs are still so sore from thursdays session. I can hardly walk! I think it’s from the old school gym 80 leg extion! Going to rest until monday to hit a huge dead stop bb row again!

Try to block all the light out of your bedroom and make it as dark as possible. Keep your bedroom cool!
As long as you are still progress I personally would deload!

Grip shouldn’t be the limiting factor in your pulling because you would shortcut your back growth! When you want bigger forearms to seperate forearm training at the end of your biceps training!

MemberSeptember 15, 2020 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Knee Pain and Exercise selectionFirst of all I would go and see a good massage therapist or sports medicine etc. to check what causes the pain. Maybe it can be fixed easily! Unitl you know what is the reason I would stick to exercises that doen’t cause any pain and to it in different rep ranges mate!
I also think running is not the best for you knee health! Maybe you have got the wrong shoes or you are just simple to heavy like most of us!

My back is completely curshed today! Especially upper back and traps! I believe my traps have ever been that sore before! Love that feeling! Slept an hour this afternoon! Now work till 10 o clock pm and push session tomorrow!
