Nothing more to say. You can hit your entire body with barbells and dumbell properly. The basics are what built the body. Machines are great for variation when you are already very advanced. Stick to the basics mate.

Brutal pull session today. Hit 85kg dumbell rdl’s for 4 but this is my absolute limit at the moment. Feeling completely crushed and destroyed after that set.

I watched Rocky 4 and saw Sylvester Stallone and Dolph Lundgren when I was 12 years old and tought to myself: “That’s the way I want to look like!” That day I started training and immediately fall in love with it!

I would put it in second place but that’s personal preference. I like a more isolated lat exercise first like a pulldown variation or a row where i can brace my chest against a pad

I really like both! It’s 2 different exercises! I like the fact that at conventional you are pulling from a deadstop position you can readjust your setup every single rep, lock your shoulder blades into place, breathe and pull!

With the rdl you have constant tension on the target muscle which also is very good! So for me both movements have their pros and cons! I think it depends on preference and individual structure a lot! But both exercises have place in a training shedule! I like to alternate them myself. As long as I feel good with a movment and make progress I keep it and when I can’t make progress any more or it doesn’t feel right any more I use a different variation!

Depends. When i have more carbs in the offseason i don’t want oats pre beacause 120g of oats sit very heavy in my stomach. 110g cor digest much better abd faster. I can eat closer before i start my session

I think this is definitely the wrong section for such a question.
Depends on many things. First of all i would get my bloodwork checked to see if you need aromatase inhibitors

Not sure we’re to post it not had bloods done just wondering if I should include it in my cycle as I can see I’m holding a bit of water reTension[/quote]
Yes, that’s a side effect of test and npp. Why are you worried about water retentions if your goal is not to compete next week?

If your blood pressure and estrogen is ok everything is fine. It all depends on your goals. If your goal is to build muscle and get as strong as possible there is nothing wrong with water retention

You are manipulating the angle. It becomes more like a flat bench press and you can move more weight. I move forward slightly where i feel it the best in my pecs and it feels comfortable for my shoulder joint
