For me it’s perfect when i hit a muscle about every 5 days.

    I really liked pull – push – off – legs – off

that looks good, I would do legs first in mines because I dk not enjoy leg day lol[/quote]
You can place legs wherever you want mate. What i wanted to tell you that you don’t have to structure your training in a week scheme. Hitting a muscle every 5 days worked perfect for me

I trained empty stomach for a long time and I really liked it! Maybe try to have carbs in your last meal before you go to bed! In the morning make sure you are well hydrated before you hit the gym! Drink at least 1L before your session and sip a good intra shake during your session! And have a solid meal right afterwards!

Hy. I always had that problem after the shows when i gained weight quickly. What helps is doing a decent amount of cardio and a lot if strechtching for your lower back, glutes and hams. Add some mobility work at the beginning of your session too

Kevin organized a seminar with adolf burkhard yesterday. He is a very nice and humble guy. It was really interesting and entertaining. I love to listen to other successful bodybuilders how the work. And he is huge. I think he must be a little over 170cm and weighs over 140kg.

I normally start my leg days with an adductor followed by an hamstring movement! I liked to start with leg extensions in the past for pre exhaustion but the stronger I got the harder it became on my knees when I started with leg extensions!

Really good leg session today! Was a little bit down at my loading set on the reverse banded hacksquat I think due to the weight drop but I did 3 more reps on my backoff which made me really happy!

Adductor machine 1 set rest pause
    Lying leg curls 2 sets
    Reverse banded hacksquat 260×6, 220×25
    Single leg legrpess 1 set
    Standing leg curls 1 set

I think all of my freetime direct or indirect I flex or try to flex my pecs because of that mmc point ?

Yes it would be a bleasure for me, I’m living in Germany but maybe in August or sep I and my fiance visit for a couple of days Austria, maybe we can find time for a good push session ???

Thanks for the answer mate ?

200mg test and you current physique (saw it on Instagram) it’s ridiculous! You looking amazing bud!!!

Thanks for you advice and I get it. In my mind it’s always like if you have a laagung body part (like my pecs) focus on them and do little bit more Volumen and reduce on the stronger parts like shoulder or Tri.

At the moment all lifts progress slowly no big bumps here and there 1 more rep or adding 2, 5kg on the bar / machine.

I must also say that at the moment Im playing a little bit to finding my vokume point and my ability to recover from it.

I hitting all muscle groups every 5 days and with one chest pressing and one iso  movement I had the feeling that I was fine after 3 days so add one more press movement with 2 sets.

I would say that sounds really good mate. When you are getting stronger (slowly but surely) and you feel yiur pecs working with good movement quality everything is fine. If all these parameters are true my advice would be: don’t overthink it to much mate and enjoy the process.

One more tipp! If your chest is your weak point – flex it. Flex ot as hard and as often as you can on rest days and after your workout to get better mind muscle connection. You have to earn the ability to contract as much muscle fibres as possible without load. Because tge more fibres you can contract without load, the more fibres you will recruit against load.

And when you are near me someday, just drop me a message. Maybe we can do a session together
