    I think a set should stop at the last rep with perfect technique full rom because everything else isn’t really measurable.

    From the first quick view yiur physique looks pretty balanced. You just need more overall size. Which means you can choose whatever split you want as long as you progress and get stronger.

    Very solid pull session today. Hit a pb on the underhand grip lat pulldown and also the seated cable row. And matched my deadlift and t bar row pb’s!

    Underhand grip lat pulldown 2 sets
    Deadlift 220×4, 140×9 very slow eccentric
    T bar rows 1 set
    Seated cable row 2 sets
    Cable pullovers 1 set
    Rear delt machine 1 set
    Cable curls 2 sets
    Dumbell hammer curls 1 set

    I think intensity can hardly be teached. Some have it and some not. But i would say as long as he es able to progress ever session it gets tougher down the road by itself.

    I think reverse hyper could be a good alternative. Avoid every movement that makes it worse and also do a, lot of mobility work

    Maybe you can still do light lower back loading after pre exhaustion

    Push session today. Nothing crazy because my wirst still hurts a bit but still managed to press the 60s on the incline.

    Low incline dumbell press 60×7, 50×13
    Military press 110×5, 100×8
    Dip machine 3 sets
    Dumbell extension 3 sets
    Handcuff side laterals 2 sets
    Handcuff cruzifix raises 1 set
    Peck deck 1 set

    I would start with 60% of the load you used before the lockdown for the first week. Maybe around 80% for the second week. Close to 90% for the third week. 95% for the fourth week and then you should be ready for your the same weights you used before the break.

    Leg day today with @kevin stütz in top gym vienna. Felt amazing to hit leg in a different gym.

    Seated calve raises 1 set triple drop
    Adductor machine 2 sets
    Seated leg curls 2 sets
    Reverse banded hacksquat 7pps x12, 8pps x5, 6pps x15
    Seated single leg legpress 1 set
    Single leg extensions 1 set
    Booty maker 2 sets

  • Cut calories slowely! Try to up your output first and try to stay as strong as possible!

    I would say it all depends if you are making progress. Are you still progressing your lifts everything is fine. If not you need to adjust

    Rest day today. Going to hit legs tomorrow. Maybe i’m going to travel to top gym vienna tomorrow.
