    Hy mate!

I would always to the heavy compound variation like a deadlift first because you hit the muscle with a much heavier load than with an isolation movement like a shrug!

What I like to do is to add an additional set of shrugs on my push days! Let’s say I do barbell shrugs an my pull days and then a set of dumbell or machine shrugs on push days maybe in a higher rep range!

Yes! I’m doing this for years and it works amazing. Training your calves first won’t take away any strength from your heavy compounds. We all need bigger calves and you get a much better rom!

Back is sore as hell today after the barbell rows! Pull is my absolute favorite session at the moment! Rest day for me today.

Working on a chip card system for my gym that my members can train earlier in the morning or later at night and maybe I will win some free time!

I think 2 rotations are fine with this kind of split. When you have lots of machines and kit you can also go to 3 rotations but i like 2 the most.

I think the most important thing is to be in some way differnet to all other gyms around you! Whatever that maybe but you need to find your unique selling proposition!

Chest is very sore after benching again yesterday! Rest day today! It’s very hot and sunny here in Austria! Maybe we are going to do some grilling in the afternoon! Back in the gym tomorrow!

I think there is no substitute for the leg press. Just try to squat with different stands, tempo, rep ranges, etc

To be totally honest i would love to go on something like a farm far far away from cities, stress etc. With lots of animal, where it’s really quiet to find some inner peace. I would love to have my own rack and dumbells there and that’s everything i need.

Someday when i could earn some decent money i would love to live at such a place.

Jordan pretty much nailed it with his answer but what i think is the most important thing no matter if 2 or 4 exercises is that whatever you are going to decide for, you need to cover all rep ranges and improve those.

So like jordan said if you have a, lot of equipment and decide fir 4 exercise i would split those 4 exercises up in different rep ranges to cover all muscle fibers
