I prefer doing cardio at home. Got the cheapest stationary bike on ebay abd have it since 4 years now.
But you don’t need cardio equipment at all. You can also go an a fast walk outside

Yeah legs are a slight weakness
Not to say they aren’t relatively strong, just with the goal to push up class and actually do something (placing) I think an overall body push could be worth it.
Seeing the shape @jordan-peters managed to get in with full body really makes me want to just go at it hard for the next 6-12 months (progress dependent of course) [/quote]
If you want to try it, go for it mate. Give it all you have got and then reflect after a few months. If it has worked – stick with it and if not try something else.
You have got nothing to lose. -
Depends if you are able to perform a perfect pull up and really target your lats. Most people who have developed a certain amount of muscle are simple too heavy for pull ups!
So it’s very person depended. If it’s a great lat movement for you, than yes of course. Do it first in your session. If not, stick with some kind of pulldown variation -
83,6kg this morning. Back feeling completely sore from the heavy pull session yesterday. Slept almost 10h last night. Wrist feeling pretty good again

I would say the most important thing besides the basic training and nutrition knowledge is years and years of experience!

My left wrist hurts a little from incline pressing the 65s yesterday but it’s not too bad and should be ok again in a couple of days! But it was definitely worth the try! Let’s see if I can do a pull session tomorrow!
First deep tissue massage therapie in over 3 months yesterday evening. My back feels really sore today!

First of all I think this is the wrong section for this kind of question! It doesn’t belong in the training section!
I would say it’s very person dependent how long it will take for your body to recover and also depends on the dosage you have taken. I always took between 25 and 37,5mcg of T3 during my prep. And I always went cold turkey from 25mcg which was always the last dosage leading up to the show because I’m always contest ready early and just “conserve” my condition up to the show! And I had never a problem doing it that way!
My test levels e.g. always took half a year or longer to be in a normal range again!

First try with the 65s on the incline bench today! Omg bringing them into position was so heavy but managed to get 4 reps and I was so happy! Next time with more stability.
Incline dumbell bench 65×4, 50×13
Machine shoulder press paused 3 pps x 9, 2pps x 12
Close grip decline press 2 sets
Cable rope extension 3 sets
Side lateral machine 3 sets
Peck deck 2 sets -
I would say it totally depends on your individuall structure and biomechnics from which movement you get out the most!
