Working all day today so I can’t find any time to give my new dumbells a try but tomorrow they are mine! Feeling pretty good and recovered! Also no masks need to be worn any more when you enter the gym!

If you are training for strength and you want to move as much weight as possible lift it as fast as possible. When you try to put max tension on the muscle do a cobtrolled eccentric. I think there is place for both styles.

If you train allone i would prefer the smith for saftey reasons and to go all out or you are using a power rack with the safety stop at the end of your rom

Usually all my days are the same! It makes it a lot easier for me in the offseason to structure my day. Sometimes after a heavy deadlift session I add a little extra carbs when i feel I need them!

And on sundays usually my wife cooks dinner and I eat whatever she prepares because she is a great cook and this is our family meal!

Never really tried it. I’m a big believer in progressive overload but for sure it’s a good technique when you are injured and you want to keep muscle mass

Like Kevin said I would work on my breathing and abdominal control, especially transversus! Practise your vaccum every morning for 10min and you will see huge improvements!

Depends on your biomechanics. Everybody has an individual range of motion. You need to feel maximum stretch on your hams without rounding your lower back

Stefan already nailed it. If it’s possible keep it away from the weight sessions. If not try not to do more than 30 min post workout.

But if you can manage it, try to get up half an hour early and do a litte morning walk. This will wake you up and start your day active.
