I would first try legal and clinically proven supps. Join in and Cure-coming are doing an excellent job for my joints by reducing inflammation

Take as much time as you need to bring the second side also to complete muscle failure. Your cardiovascular system should not be the limiting factor

84,7kg this morning and i’m feeling completely destroyed from the deadlift session yesterday. My back is so sore from top to bottom. Today is family day. No workout. We are going to a wildlife park which reopened in Austria last week.

Pain is always a sign mate. Yiur body is training to tell you something. And smart people listen to it.

Great that you are doing mobility and stretching now. Good that you got the wake up call before a mayor injury happened. ????????

    Hi Boss!

Just watch your latest videos! Do you notice a benifit using the massage gun as a warm up prior to your heavy lifts?

The most improtant thing is, you need to find out what caused the pain! Try to see a good massage therapist. In most cases a good deep tissue massage at least helps a lot with those kinds of pain in my case

Another rest day today because tomrrow is a big deadlift session planned with Kevin! I can’t wait. At the moment this rotation is my absolute favourite! Really fell in love again with heavy pulling from the floor and deadlifting has a huge carry over to other exercises!

Stefan pretty much nailed it. First make sure what your intake is atm.

Than reduce about 300-500 calories and maybr up your output a little

You almost answered your question yourself mate! Much less stress and maybe more sleep and recovery could be a huge factor. Also focusing on execution and achieving better mind muscle connection may have helped a lot!

It was also a new kind of stimulation for your muscles where they have responded to! Always when I change something in my training my body responds to the “shock” and adapts! As long as you are still making progress stick with it. It could also be good that you have given your joints a little break and recovery from the very heavy and progressive lifting!

What I would definitely stick with is the perfect execution and built your strength back up with that better form!

I would say you need to find exercises that fit you and that you feel good. When e.g. a barbell overhead press doesn’t fit you try to switch to dumbells, smith, machine press etc. Some exercises just don’t fit for certain people
