Maybe try to find a good massage therapist or chiropractor. Could be that one site isn’t firing the same as the other

I would need to see a video or at least some pics of you squatting to give you some tipps but you can never go wrong with a good massage therapist.

Rest day today. Ellbows still feeling pretty solid. Very happy because they are feeling ok again.
Leg session on the menu for tomorrow. -
I think it’s for anybody. When i’m off gear i try to hold on to my strength levels as good as possible. If you have hard earned muscle tissue you won’t loose that much strength. Just volume drops a lot in my case. Also frequency is dropping. When i’m on i try to get as strong as possible and during diet, off or cruise phase i try to hold on to that level as good as possible

Great push session today. Ellbows felt pretty solid. Switched to dumbell incline press instead of barbell to have a more free kind rom.

Weighted dips 2 sets
Rope triceps extensions 3 sets
Handcuff side laterals 3 sets
Barbell shrugs 2 sets -
It’s not your active range of motion. You force your body into the deep position trough the weight on your back. You can get injured like this easily when you develop a decent strength level. I would work in my mobility first. Forcing yiur body into a position it’s not able to get without weight can be pretty dangerous after a longet period of time.

Yeah like everybody said try to see a good chiropractor or massage therapist

Much needed rest day today. Ellbows still hurt but it’s ok. High dose join in and cure coming helped a lot.

I would start with the muscle group that needs to improve more. If your back is weak, start with back. If your hams are weak, start with a leg curl movement

I would just take a few days of or some style of deload training. Then push slowly the intensity back up again. When it happens again on a regular basis you need to get it checkt.
I had this feeling once. It was also a leg session. Could only stay in a dark room, for an intire day, couldn’t move and couldn’t see. But it went away in a couple of days.

I would do some full body weight sessions in a style Clare explained.
