Really looking forward to the leg session today with my boy kevin. Strength is at an all time high at the moment which i really enjoy.

Very great push session again today. Hitting pb’s now almost every session.
Barbell bench press 140×3 +1 paused, 100 + 16kg chains x6
Dumbell shoulder press 46×15, 32×20
Decline barbell close grip bench 2 sets
Underhand grip pushdown 3 sets
Handcuff cruxifix raises 2 sets
Peck deck 1 set
Dumbell shrugs 1 set -

In Austria it’s somewhere between 40 and 120€ per hour.

My back feels so sore today from top to bottom. Could hardly bend over. ???? Rest day today. Just a little walk with my dog. Took a huge nap in the afternoon. Quality of sleep has also gotten a lot better

Huge pull session today. Did 220×4 which equals my all time pb in the deadlift and it looked and felt really great.
Underhand grip lat pulldown 2 sets (2 pb’s)
Deadlift 220×4, 150×7 very slow eccentric
Hammer strength row upper back 2 sets
Lat pulldown 3 sets
Rear delt machine 2 sets
Dumbell scottcurl 2 sets
Cable curls 1 set
Plate hammer curl 1 set -
Good idea. I also think a little mini cut and new goals can keep you motivated during the lockdown but i very sceptical it will be over in 4 weeks.

Depends on how high your output already is but i would increase the output firsr before i reduce the intake

Another rest day before the huge pull session tomorrow. Need to make sure my legs are fully recovered. Training with lower volume and frequency atm makes my joints feel a lot better

I think most of the bbers are too heavy for skipping and also the heartrate would go up to high that it would interfere with your recovery!

Rest day today after the epic leg session yesterday! Legs feeling very sore! Love staying in higher rep ranges at the moment on the hacksquat on progress somewhere in the 15 to 30 rep range. Seems like I get a lot of benefit from it! And it’s much safer for me!

What is the most impressive for me as far as i can remember is that you could hardly do any leg training half a year prior to those pics because of heavy knee pain!
