Had a very good shoulder and tri session today. Hit 120×7 on the free military press which is an all time pb. Very happy about that.

Cable rear delt 1 set (triple drop)
Barbell military press 120×7, 130×2, 100×13
Close grip benchpress 2 sets
Cable overhead extensions
Dumbell side laterals 1 set (double drop)
Peck deck 1 set
Dumbell shrugs 1 set

• Ppl all the way. More compound lifts, higher frequency. Makes no sense to me to go into the gym for chest or arms.

I see it the same as Louis! It’s great to have a set up plan. But if this means that i have to wait for a certain machine until i get cold again and loose my pump i would switch to a similar movement.

Just make sure you have a few basic movements to track your strength levels over a period of time.

Rest again today and looking forward to the leg session tomorrow! Training 3 tines a week only during the shutdown really helps me recover my sore joints a lot. Also strength is still at an all time high.

Donkey calf raises can be done everywhere. Try to get a deep streth and hold that stretch and same with peak contraction

Today was the first day where i felt really good again. Great pull session with kevin today. Pump was almost unreal.

Hammer strength iso lateral underhand pulldown 2 sets

Barbell rows 140×12, 150×7, 100×15

Seated cable row 3 sets

Mag grip pulldown 2 sets

Cable pullovers 2 sets

Rear delt machine 1 set

Dumbell shrugs 1 set

High cable curls 1 set

Barbell curls 1 set rest pause

Hey Michael I hope you are well.

Do you train your pull session once a weak because of the higher Volumen on exercises? Or is your recover ability so good that you can recover in time of this 5 exercises for back?
Hy mate. Hope you are fine too?

Actually because of the current situation i’m training pull only once a week and also just doing 3 sessions a week.

Normally i’m doing about 4 exercises of 2 sets every 5 days. But it’s depending a lot on my ability to recover. When i need more rest days i take extra days.
Yes im fine too ????

Okay I thought so, because the ppl approach is actually a more frequent approach in my option in the good times were the gym are opend I typically trained  every 5 day a session too.
The volume and frequency depends a lot on my exercise selection and my strength levels. The stronger i become the less volume and frequency i can handle.

It’s tough to say what’s the reason during a prep. In my preps there is always a point where i loose a lot of my pressing strenght. Especially free weight movements.

Is your strength decreasing also a lot on other exercises like pull or legs?

Never. Try to see a good massage therapist or physio.

Pull session on the menu tomorrow with my buddy Kevin. Really looking forward to it. I think barbell rows will be our main lift tomorrow.
