Oscar nailed it! I think sometimes training with very limited equipment can be a good thing because you need to be creative. Change your stance etc. a little bit and you will shift the loading to differnt muscle groups which is great for mind muscle connection and getting to know your body!

Legs feeling pretty destroyed today! Slowely but surely starting to feel like my old self again! The current situation really hit me hard mentally which reflected also on my body and recovery! But we are definitely going to come back stronger!

Yes i would place most of my carb intake around my workouts because there you need them the most

Like everybody said weigh every day and track your calories. When weight stays the same you found your maintenance caloric intake

Had a lot of problems finding a good night sleep the last week due to the economical insecurity during this crisis! Bought some CBD Oil yesterday which helped amazing last night. Felt a lot more relaxed and feeling much better today! Still not at my best but a lot better!

I think this is pretty common when you really push to the limit! Sometimes I pushed so hard I couldn’t see far a couple of seconds after a set and had a beeping noise in my ear.
As long as you can recover and still make progress everything is ok from my point of view!

Stay at your split. Like the others said start again with 80% and just this also to reevaluate your form and execution.

Still not back at a 100% health wise which really sucks. I hate feeling sick but just a few more days and i’ll be at my besr again.

Like clare said you will hit certain exercises less frequently and progress shouldn’t be stalling that fast. I would say it depends on the abilities you have in your gym

With upper lower i would do 3 rotations.

Just do the type of cardio you enjoythe most. Or hate the least ???? just get your heart rate up for a certain amount of time. The type of equipment is not that important.
