Im very similar but once I get to 6iu I start splitting just preference to how I feel.

But once you get up to 10iu plus the only way you find out is by trying and seeing what feels good for you

    Makes sense, thanks Nathan

At 6iu I’m one hitting that , I’m taking one hit really all the way up to 12iu and then after that I’m splitting it

One hit before bed , unlikely will NEED insulin , but monitor fasting BG and run some blood work after 12 weeks to check hba1c . I highly advise using our insure with carb meals , irs insanely effective.

    Agree with this[/quote]

    Cheers Peter!

Legend, thanks very much Jordan. I’ll have a look into insure, will have to check to see if you guys deliver abroad…

What is your level of muscularity now? This matters most imo. If you’re a beginner, growing lean is far less likely than someone who is far more advanced with a high level of muscle maturity

Good point Michaela, Id say I have a solid base, 85kg at very low BF levels at 6 ft

As above, the small difference in ROM when locking out wont make a difference. No cable extensions hurt my elbow, but a skull crusher will ruin my elbow for weeks.

Thanks Andy that’s a good shout and skullcrushers ruin my elbows too

So the key is simply to avoid pain , and then usually whatever the issue will subside / heal , if you avoid it . Slightly avoiding lockout isn’t going to make a huge difference, it’s not a thing I would consider at all if there was a period I couldn’t lockout the elbow

    Awesome thanks very much JP
