As above, the small difference in ROM when locking out wont make a difference. No cable extensions hurt my elbow, but a skull crusher will ruin my elbow for weeks.

Thanks Andy that’s a good shout and skullcrushers ruin my elbows too

So the key is simply to avoid pain , and then usually whatever the issue will subside / heal , if you avoid it . Slightly avoiding lockout isn’t going to make a huge difference, it’s not a thing I would consider at all if there was a period I couldn’t lockout the elbow

    Awesome thanks very much JP

I think four meals will be far more beneficial than two for digestion, adherence, performance and recovery. However, it depends on your own particular goals and reasoning, what suits you best in terms of preference and what fits around your lifestyle.

    Ok great, thanks Clare

Hey buddy, do you have anything that tracks your sleep & deep sleep at all?

Hey Phoebe, I don’t… I used to track it but I don’t like having my phone in my bed with me… but, thats a good idea, maybe I can use a different device… any recommendations?

As the boys have mentioned, I would say that is down to GH giving your a deeper, more effective sleep

    Nice one, thanks Andy!

Every one is effected by things a little differently. Some get improved sleep quality so they need less, some seem to sleep better and for longer.

As long as sleep is still good and your feeling refreshed you are good to go 🙂

    Perfect, cheers Peter!

It can be down to better sleep quality, I have noticed some people can get sleep disturbance from Gh I simply dose it earlier
    In the day

I have also seen IM dosing causing sleep issues vs sub c, sub c seems to be better imo down to smoother peak

    Thanks Kuba, appreciate it

Everyone is different, some have sides some don’t . Only way to truly know is run small dose and assess

Thanks Nathaniel, yeah that was kinda the conclusion I came to… only one way to find out

Just set up your cycle to make sure your controlling E2 as best as you can. Based on previous response to other drugs

Then asses and evaluate at week 6-8[/quote]

    Thanks Peter will do!
