Agreed with the boys above. It’s a fascinating drug with plenty of interesting studies on it.

It’s something your body already makes. . .

    Cheers Andy, appreciated

If you have cancer already , taking any growth factors is ill advised .

If you are healthy , there has been no data to show the causation of cancer from hgh use . ( it’s a very well studied drug . That and testosterone have a lot of clinical data for a long time now that we are sure of their safety in low and monitored use )

    Awesome thanks JP

    hello bud

what is the conflicting information? HGH works and does what its supposed to. There isn’t any real risks at a low dose.

Thanks Peter, Id just read it increases the risk of cancer

Hi Eddy, for those hours probably before to be honest. If it was an earlier start I’d go after.

One isn’t better than the other so just whatever one you prefer and want to do. Try both and then you’ll know. Simple’s.

    Good advice cheers Joe

I’ve done both. Before work at 05:00 and after work at 18:00. I preferred the early sessions for a lot of reasons including feeling that I had more energy and that it was a consistent time whereas sometimes work over ran and affected my evening session. However most of the time I tried to train my heavier sessions post work as my spine did not appreciate heavy squats and deadlifts at 5am.

Awesome , thanks Adam appreciate that.

I would be an evening guy every time mate. It’s absolutely preference, but for me personally, morning would be pointless.

    Interesting , cheers Rich

Hey Eddy – I always train in the AM as feel it sets me up for he day and its when I feel the best. Much like other athlete have said, train when YOU feel the best.

Nice, thanks Sara . Makes sense 💪🏼

I used to prefer training early in the morning before work, I always found for me personally I did not have as much energy in the evening & it meant I was going to bed to late also trying to cram in meals, however, it’s different for everyone, have you tried both?

Makes sense , cheers Kerry. Currently trying evening , but not sure I’m feeling it
