Echoing the above really but around 2hours! I do tend to find if I’m rushing I can get things done a bit quicker but performance suffers a little

I know what you mean, I don’t like to rush my workouts either

I saw the recent Ronnie clip of him saying his sessions were an hour . I’m not sure if he is slowly losing his mind , take him an hour just to load the leg press

Yeah that does not sound right lol

Very low dose accutane is always an option. I do 40mg a week, no sides, skin is great. I’ve tried all the holistic / diet stuff made no difference.

Have you ever tried doing Wim Hoff breathing exercises? For the anxiety from the pmdd I am sure it would help a lot.

“you will be doing direct arm work two days consecutively – it doesn’t work well” – With this in mind, that means only doing direct biceps on the Lower day and not on the Upper day.

Thanks Rich, JP and Louis – I appreciate the answers. That puts that one to bed then.

Just to clarify – would I drop direct bicep work on my Upper workout and do it on my Lower workout or would I do direct bicep work on both days? I assume its the former but just wanted to be sure.
